With the footpath to Sunset Beach less than a block away, the outdoor sitting area under the pergola is a great space to meet beach goers on foot or bicycle who generate a true island beach vibe. Many of the neighbors are friendly full-time residents. While renting the space, there are rules & restrictions that will be discussed prior to your stay, and during your stay as needed, to ensure safety and peacefulness for all. We understand that occasionally circumstances arise that are unforeseen. Should an incident occur prior to your arrival, during your stay, or should the need arise to make changes to your rental plan, we must share honest communication for an efficient resolution.
