Das Northport House ist eines von mehreren Häusern, die sich in einem gemütlichen nautischen Boutique-Resort am Sunset Beach befinden. Es liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants und Restaurants, dem Strand, familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten und dem Nachtleben. Dieses Haus hat auch seine eigene, nicht geteilt / frei, Waschmaschine / Trockner in seiner eigenen Wäscherei / Schlammraum. Wunderschön renovierte Küche mit viel Platz für Tonnen von Essen und Getränken sowie Platz für alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien und vieles mehr.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt auch über ein Full / Queen-Schlafsofa. Bettwäsche, Kissen, Decken, Handtücher und ein zusätzlicher Satz von jedem Stück sind im Preis inbegriffen und können in den Schlafzimmerschränken gefunden werden. Die Küche ist mit einem großen Backofen / Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, allen notwendigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet, und wenn Sie daran denken, mir die Anfrage zu schreiben, werden wir frisches Eis bei der Ankunft zur Verfügung stellen. Sie werden auch große Smart-TVs genießen (bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Netflix-Passwort mit!) im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafzimmer und kostenlosen privaten WiFi-Internetzugang im gesamten Gebäude. Das Badezimmer liegt genau zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern und verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche. Neben dem großen Raum in der Nähe des Essbereiches befindet sich der fantastische Balkon mit Meerblick, von dem aus man Kaffee genießen kann, bis es Zeit ist, Cocktails zu genießen!

Unten im Haupteingang Vestibule (die auch als ein Sandy-Handtuch-Hanging-Spot dient) haben Sie private Waschküchen und einen eingebauten Stauraum für Ihre zusätzlichen Sachen.

Draußen können Sie den großen, beheizten und wunderschön beleuchteten Pool und Spa genießen! Entspannen Sie sich im Pool, bis Sie hungrig sind, grillen Sie Ihre Lieblingsgeschmacksrichtungen auf den bereitgestellten Grills und grillen Sie dann am Pool. Jede Einheit verfügt über einen eigenen Sitz- / Essbereich im Freien, aber es gibt auch einen gemeinsamen Cabana-Bereich, in dem Sie Ihre Füße hochlegen können. Eine geteilte Garage steht zur Verfügung, um die (bereitgestellten) Strand- und Poolzubehör (oder Ihre eigenen Fahrräder, wenn Sie mit ihnen reisen) zu lagern und Sie haben einen eigenen Parkplatz. Wenn Sie am Strand waren, gibt es auch eine Außendusche direkt neben der Veranda, um sandige Füße und Eimer zu spülen.

*** Unser Eigentum besteht aus mehreren Häusern auf einem Grundstück rund um den Pool, Spa, Cabana, Outdoor-Küche und Gemeinschaftsraum. Wir können Gruppen von bis zu 25 Personen für Veranstaltungen wie Strandhochzeiten, Familientreffen sowie andere Arten von Veranstaltungen oder Zusammenkünfte mit mehreren kleineren Parteien unterbringen, die sich auf demselben Grundstück befinden möchten.

Excellent stay!

We loved every thing about our stay! The house was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun vacation! The location just can't be beat, and Christine is simply the best host! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the garage was stocked with beach toys, wagons, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a canopy for the beach which was literally across the street from the house! After a long day at the beach it was great to be able to relax by the pool in the evening. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return! Thank you Christine, for being such an amazing host!

Perfect place for families

This booking had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location and set up of the property makes it so easy to go back and forth between the pool and beach. The kids loved the pool and all the water toys! We will definitely book again!

Thanksgiving vacation

The weather didn’t cooperate but the six of us had plenty of room to spread out to do other things inside. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and glasses for all sorts of drinks. The only drawback was that the pool was listed as heated and it was not. Our three and five year olds were disappointed that they could not play in the pool. With the temperatures in the 60’s, they could not use the pool at all. We feel the owners should have to told us about the heater not working.

Great place to stay near beach!

Terrific owners…… personable and great communication. Location to beach is wonderful and private pool and hot tub a plus. Loads of beach items for the family. Towels etc well stocked. Bathrooms are tight but fine for all the other amenities. Photos are accurate and beds in both larger bedrooms very comfortable. Loads of stores and restaurants near by. Very safe area. More of older crowd than younger and less traffic than places like Siesta Key. We’d love to stay again in the future. Thank you to some of the best renters we’ve experienced.

Wonderful Family Vacation Rental

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house is across the street from the beach and all the beach toys (including chairs, coolers, etc.) made it so convenient! On the days we didn’t go to the beach, the heated pool and hot tub at the property were great! We loved our stay and Jason was so communicative which was so wonderful!

Perfect location and layout for groups

Stayed here with our family and 4 additional teens. We rented the 3 bedroom downstairs but the entire home allows for 2 more private bedrooms upstairs if needed. Clean, quiet and a perfect setup. The property shares the pool with one or two others rentals. Our kids wound up making friends with some of the other guests. Easy access to beach, Caddy’s, and they had all you needed on site. Jason was great to work with. We’ll be back!

Wonderful property

We were visiting the area for a wedding and absolutely loved everything about the property. The house was spotless and well stocked with anything we needed during our stay. The pool area was amazing and perfect for our family. We were lucky that we pretty much had the pool area to ourselves. The beach is literally across the street, which isn’t a busy road to have to cross. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Great Place for Family Vacation

This is our second year vacationing at this location. It fits our family perfectly! There’s plenty of room, the beach across the street, and the pool to cool down in. Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. House was perfect for 3 couples, all the amenities you ever wanted were provided. Walk across the street to a beautiful beach was a real pleasure and it was so great that they provided beach chairs and other beach supplies. The pool area was a bonus to relax and play cards in the shade. The house is very up to date, lots of TV's , very clean, plenty of towels and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The owners were awesome. We look forward to returning to this great beach house! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for Us

The home was spotless and decorated so beautifully. Even the bathrooms were gorgeous. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 6-13 years old. We had plenty of room. We didn't have any issues. We loved the pool area. The pool and hot tub were great, along with the grills, plenty of chairs/tables, and the storage room with the available beach chairs and such. The walk to the beach is not bad at all, right across the street. You can see the crosswalk from the driveway. The beach was great, not crowded and the water was so calm and clear. Our boys did not like that, but the adults did. They wanted waves for their boogie boards lol. It is so close to lots of things, such as Caddys, which is right down the road and is delicious with a great view while you eat. We would definitely book again.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

Our vacation was awesome. Artemis, the house keeper, was more than kind enough to walk us around the property, showing us the ins and outs. She was very friendly and helpful. There was enough room for all of us. We loved having access to the beach, and the pool, which gave us choices. Everything was well stocked and allowed us to truly enjoy our stay. Absolutly great!

Our January stay at Sunset Point was fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The common pool area offered plenty of comfy seating for lounging and dining outside. The kids loved playing in the pool. It was like staying at our own private resort. The garage stocked with all kinds of beach toys, chairs, floats, bikes, coolers, etc. was a really thoughtful touch . The uncrowded beach is just a short walk across the street and Caddy's restaurant just a stroll down the beach. This would be a great place for a family get together. We really enjoyed our time at this property!

We had a great time at our sunset beach VRBO. Jason was very, very helpful.

The house was perfect for our group of six adults and one toddler with updated bathrooms, comfortable living room furniture and a well equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub were clean and there was plenty of comfortable poolside furniture. The absolutely beautiful beach was a short five minute walk. Our toddler really appreciated the beach toys! Plus, we had a rousing game of pool side corn hole. Super vacation! We all really hope to return.

Fantastic relaxing beach home!

Home was super clean and had any of the kitchen needs for a week stay. The pool area was a perfect size and the garage was stocked with plenty of things to do at the beach, pool, or around town. The location was great, you felt away on an island but werecose to modern conveniences like restaurants, bars, and shopping. There was a small issue that came up with the home on night one but the owner came out immediately and got it working right away.

Fantastic

My family and I stayed in one of the downstairs cottages on the property. We absolutely loved it. The property is exactly as described. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The air conditioning and all the appliances worked well. (We did notice the washing machine only used hot water but this did not negatively affect our stay.) We had all the supplies we needed for the beach (towels, cooler, umbrella, chairs, cart to haul all our supplies, etc.) available in a storage shed just outside our back door by the pool. The saltwater pool was clean and there were several pool toys available in the storage shed. The beach is 3 minutes from the front door to the sand. There is an outside shower head on the property to rinse off sand. We did encounter a small leak under the sink in the bathroom with the tub, but again, this did not negatively affect our stay. We placed a small bowl under the leak to capture the water and informed Jason. My family and I would love to return to this property. This was infinitely better than staying in one of the crowded hotels on the strip. We can’t wait to come back!

This property features a most ideal location and combination of amenities you will struggle to find at any other beach property. In addition to that, the unique funky little residential island community of Sunset Beach, with its close proximity and easy access to large touristy type beaches cannot be duplicated

Our property consists of several houses on one property all surrounding the pool , spa , cabana, outdoor cooking and common area. We can accommodate groups of up to 25 people for events such as beach weddings, family reunions, as well as other types of events or gatherings.
