The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool for rent in Beaucaire. It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 80 m² living area, a fully-fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a 15 m² balcony. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 80 m² air-conditioned living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A shared 10×6 m swimming pool, open all year round and heated from 15 May to 30 September (opening dates are subject to change). The pool is secured by an alarm.
- A 15 m² balcony overlooking the swimming pool, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The flat is ideally situated in Beaucaire, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Tarascon, 7.5 km away (about 10 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence, 87 km away (about 1 hour 15 mins by car)
A car is essential to make the most of the region.

- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
