Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no elevator), it features a lovely 80 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a 15 m² balcony. The apartment comprises
- 80 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A shared 10×6 m swimming pool, open all year round and heated from May 15 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by an alarm.
- A 15 m² balcony overlooking the pool, with furniture to enjoy the warm weather.
