Looking for the perfect vacation retreat? Look no further! This stunning 5 bedroom home has it all!

It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and the master suite upstairs. Downstairs you will find the open floor plan very bright and welcoming with open water views from the living room, dining room & one of the ...bedrooms. The living room features a large sectional couch plus two chairs for ample seating. The kitchen is large and spacious plus has everything you need. The dining room can hold 6 people comfortably. There is also outdoor seating with two tables and a concrete picnic table that overlooks the open water.

Off the living room there are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom in the hallway. The bedroom with open water views downstairs is a king, where the other room next to it will have a queen. Off the kitchen you will find two more bedrooms and a shared hall bath. The first bedroom off the kitchen will have a king bed and the back one has two queen beds. There is also a small desk in both of these rooms too. The master suite is located upstairs and has its own private screened balcony overlooking the pool & open water. This room features a king bed, large closet and en suite bathroom plus a large chaise lounge to relax on next to the balcony. The private screened balcony has a love seat, coffee table & two loungers that have stunning open water views.

Flat screen TV with cable in the living room. The upstairs master has a TV but has a fire stick (you can log into your netflix, hulu or amazon accounts), downstairs bedroom with water view has a TV with fire stick, and finally the back bedroom with the 2 queen beds has a TV with cable.

There is ample seating inside and outside for large groups or families. There is a propane grill, separate hot tub & private pool plus dockage. Pool heat is $300 plus tax per week (included with cost).

There are 3 parking spaces for the property. Do park in or in front of the car port on the left side, it belongs to the smaller unit. There is also room in front of the fence (leads to pool) that can fit a small trailer or small vehicle. Max vehicles allowed is 3. Max trailers allowed is 1. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.

Max boat length 25-30ft. Only ONE boat allowed at the property. The dock is covered so a tuna tower or a Bertram won't fit. The top measures about 10 feet to the water line at average high tide. Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property can accommodate one trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Need more space? Ask about adding The Garden Villa! It is a 1bed/1bath with its own separate pool right next door. This would give you 6bed/4bath and two pools.
