The physical address to the house is 445 Sombrero Beach Road. Apple maps locates the house correcly but google maps doesnt. Come stay, fish, snorkel, relax in the pool, walk to Sombrero Beach. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the pool, balconies, living room or master bedrooms! This newly constructed and professionally furnished 5 bedroom 5 bath villa is the perfect vacation retreat. All bedrooms except one has an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV with a robust channel package with Xfinity. Elevator access to all floors makes for a leisurely relaxing stay.
Ground Floor
Second Master with King Bed, ensuite bath, kitchenette, view of pool and water. It also has a couch with a Queen pull out bed. Views of the pool, water, and sunset from the bedroom our just outside under the covered lanai.
1st Floor
Open floor plan with chefs kitchen, dining area and living room. Views of the pool, sunset and water from living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony!
The single bedroom on the first floor has a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top. Its located next to the full bathroom for the main living area.
2nd Floor
Huge master suite with king bed, private master balcony, extra large walk in closet ensuite bath, views of the pool, water, sunset from the master and balcony.
Bedroom 4 contains a king bed and ensuite bath. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and an ensuite bath as well!
Like to fish? Bring your boat or rent one so you can get out on the and enjoy the water. Owners of this villa are avid fishermen of they keys and will provide fishing advise and gps coordinates of local hot spots and sandbars to enjoy. The dock is able to accommodate 2 boats up to 40' in length. 110V power and water at the dock along with a fish cleaning station.
3 bicycles in the garage, beach chairs furnished, and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. There is even a 400lb commercial ice maker in the garage to ice your boat down without having to go into town to the ice machine everyday! The chest freezer in the garage can store your catch and bait for the duration of your stay. We want you to have the best vacation you've ever had right here in our little slice of paradise!
The property has room for 3 vehicles in the driveway/garage and a 70’ overflow parking space next to the house for additional cars or boat trailers.
Please check the pet fee during checkout if you plan to bring pets. The pet fee is $200.00 per pet with a 2 pet maximum. VRBO does not have the option to add more than one pet. We will confirm your pet details at booking and adjust the pet fee for you.

We love the Florida Keys and Marathon. Please come enjoy our little slice of paradise! We are very familiar with all Marathon has to offer. We can answer just about any questions you may have when it comes to restaurants, fishing, snorkeling, sand bars, attractions! If we are in town, we'd love to come meet you and show you around town or out on the water if you need some direction on navigating the water ways!

We love this property for many reasons. Proximity to Sombrero Beach and grocery stores! 10 minute idle to the Atlantic. Beautiful sunset from the home. Perfect location to watch fireworks that are occasionally shot from Sombrero Beach! When looking at properties in the keys we originally wanted a pure oceanfront or gulf front home. After several years, we realized that oceanfront and gulf front homes are constantly dealing with the Sargasso and gulf grasses that are naturally living in the Keys. These grasses gather in the fronts of these homes and decompose leaving, well, a not so pleasant smell. After much consideration we determined that a home on protected canal with views of the canal lake to be the perfect solution. No smell, no grass, protected from the wind makes the dock much more pleasant. When its windy and rough, you have boat access to many of the marinas and on the water restaurants without having to get out on the open water!
