We are offering this charming semi-detached house for rent in the village of Valsemé. It has a floor area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. You can enjoy a garden of around 6,000 m²! Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! (Bed linen and towels are not included)

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area and TV
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

- A beautiful private garden of 6,000 m² with a fenced-off area, table and chairs
- A fenced-off terrace of 40 m² with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the sunny days
- A pétanque court near the property

The house enjoys an ideal location in Valsemé, just 10 km from the picturesque Normandy coast, offering a peaceful and extremely pleasant setting. Its proximity to Deauville and Trouville allows you to make the most of the seaside experience in the former whilst discovering the authentic charm of the latter. You’ll also find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- The accommodation is semi-detached from another property, but the entrances are completely separate and there is no direct view between the properties, ensuring everyone’s privacy and comfort.
