Located in the heart of Domaine de Lanruen in Erquy, a private 25-hectare seaside residence, this semi-detached house accommodates up to 6 guests. Guen beach is approximately 25 metres away and Lanruen beach approximately 50 metres away, making it easy to organise days around swimming, returning to the property and coastal walks.

On the ground floor, the living area combines a lounge and a dining table for 6 guests. The sea view accompanies meals as well as relaxed pauses after the beach.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for independent holidays, with induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and several appliances for preparing everyday meals.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190
- 1 sea-view bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 bedroom opening onto the second-floor landing with 2 single beds 90x190

The shower room is located on the first floor and includes a shower cubicle, washbasin and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate.

The south-east-facing terrace extends the living space during sunny days. It includes a dining table for 6 guests, a parasol and 2 sun loungers for enjoying the outdoors after outings.

Parking is available on the right-hand side of the property, making arrivals and daily travel easier during the stay.

From the house, guests can easily enjoy the Guen and Lanruen beaches, then discover the Erquy coastline and the landscapes of Cap d'Erquy, approximately 5.5 km away.

Pets are not allowed in the property.
