Located in the heart of Domaine de Lanruen in Erquy, a private 25-hectare seaside residence, this detached 140 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests. Its peaceful setting and private terrace suit family holidays where guests want to enjoy the coastline while keeping the space of a proper holiday home.

On the ground floor, the large living area combines a lounge, a non-usable stone fireplace and a dining table for 6 guests. The openings lead directly onto the outdoor terrace. A separate library room with sofa and armchairs provides a second space for reading or enjoying quieter moments.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for independent holidays, with induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and practical appliances for preparing everyday meals. The utility room also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Parking for 3 vehicles is available in the driveway, making arrivals and daily travel easier during the stay.

Guen beach is approximately 450 metres away and Lanruen beach approximately 500 metres away. From the house, guests can easily alternate between beach days, coastal walks and exploring Cap d'Erquy.

Pets are not allowed in the property.
