Beautiful Beach Getaway!! Caravelle Unit 205

Summary:
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent our properties.
The Caravelle Resort is located in the "Golden Mile" area of Myrtle Beach, where you can enjoy looking at the million dollar homes, the palm tree lined streets and of course the beautiful ocean. You are further north from the main attractions in Myrtle Beach, such as the boardwalk, SkyWheel and Convention Center, but you can easily reach those attractions within minutes. The resort does not offer pool towels, please bring any additional towels either for the beach or pool from your residence. Please bring your beach accessories either from home or you can purchase beach items from the local Wal-Mart or beach store.

The Space:
This unit has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa so more friends/family can join the vacation. Come to the beach and enjoy this beautifully decorated unit! Wake up and drink your morning coffee (Has a keurig coffee maker, pods not provided) on your balcony while enjoying views of the beautiful pool, lazy river, and city of Myrtle Beach. This condo at the Caravelle Resort has a large arch with a privacy curtain that separates the living areas, so while you are staying in a studio, you feel as if the rooms are separated. Step out onto the balcony and be mesmerized by the views.

Guest Access:
Caravelle Resort has many amenities such as, 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, Kids Splash area, gift shop, ice cream parlor, gym, 7th floor sundeck, and a laundry facility. Guests have access to the outdoor pools and hot tubs, indoor pool and hot tub, bar area and amenities that Caravelle Resort offers like the gym and washing/drying machines (coin operated). The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

The Neighborhood:
The north end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Grande Cayman Resort for a nice dinner.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

This unit has two queen sized beds and a sleeper sofa.
Our minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts are located in Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy. Due to the keyless entry we will likely not meet our guests unless needed.
