The Arbor 302 is a perfect condo for family vacations and golf retreats. Fall in love with Myrtle Beach when you stay at this rental property. This two-bedroom, two full bath condo is spacious enough for your group to gather or spread out for some alone time. You’ll feel right at home.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and central heating and air. One of the best features is the private balcony. There is even a small canopy to keep the South Carolina sun out of your eyes. A glass table is perfect for setting up afternoon cocktails. The blue skies and treetops stretch out before you for miles.

The property needs a good cleaning especially the balcony. The outside carpet was filthy. Nothing had been cleaned and was covered in pollen, so we never used the table. We called the property manager about the pool area and the pool itself was then cleaned shortly afterwards. The tables and chairs were not done until the day before we left. When we opened the vent in the master bathroom the day we arrived a huge cockroach blew out. Fortunately it was dead. Also we were not informed in advance that the stairs on the building were being replaced and their dumpster was in our parking space and we had to park on the grass at the end of the building.The construction went on during our entire stay. I would not rent this property again or recommend it to anyone else.

For the most part the place was great. Had to go to another location to check in, which was getting the code to enter the condo (could have been email/text to me) then the code did not work when we got to the condo and I had to call and wait for another code. Once we received the last code everything was great! Place was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay!

Nice location

Getting checked in and inside the condo was a little rough. We had a 8 didgit code to use on the door. We tried it multiple, multiple times and it would not work. We drove back to the office, 10min away, because I couldn't get anyone on the phone, and then back to the condo and tried again and it finally worked. The rain was not helping. This condo was nice and clean. It was great for my kids and I, but I had my In-laws, one is 66yrs old and the other 80yrs old, climbing the steps to get to the 3rd floor was a little rough for them. I will add that maybe adding some rubber pieces to the steps will help tremendously for wet weather because they are slippery. The walk to the beach was not bad. I have rented from Elliott Beach rentals before and have had other great experiences. This was not one of my fav rentals, but it was booked last minute for AAU Basketball tournaments and worked out great for what we needed.

Didn’t enjoy stay

This property was booked for my parents to enjoy a stress free nice vacation away. There was a huge inconvenience and manager basically said because it wasn’t made aware of at a certain time it’s their fault. The refund was a joke and the property manager and employees who were spoken to all were rude and not so polite. The tone made you feel like you just don’t want to stay anymore and that’s what happened…early check out. Will not recommend
