In the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer and close to the centre of Saint Aubin-sur-mer, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming house "Le chemin de la mer", located 300 m from the Cap Romain beach. It has a surface area of 62 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It comprises an attractive 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Loud music and parties are not permitted. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 32 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 25 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A lovely 400 m² private garden, not overlooked and fully enclosed

The house is ideally located between Bernières-sur-Mer and Saint Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
