The Space:
After a fun-filled day of exploring downtown Breckenridge, unwind in this deluxe 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that will accommodate up to 4 guests. This condo offers a shared hot tub and a heated pool with stunning views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range.

Relax in the comfortable living room featuring a cozy sofa that can be converted into a queen size pullout. The room also has an indoor gas fireplace where you can warm yourself up, while winding down and watching your favorite show in our flat screen TV. Access to the patio is in the living room, should you want to step outside for some fresh mountain air. The patio has a small seating area for up to 2 people where you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature with a cup of hot cocoa.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area with seating for up to 4 people. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a flat screen TV, where you can recharge for your next day of adventures. Right across the hall from the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, shared hot tub and pool (Closed October 18th to November 12th) with a view of the Ten Mile Mountain range, free parking space, and shared laundry facilities on-site.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located steps from the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will have access to plenty of art, music, theater, museums, food, and shopping experiences you won't want to miss. The Breck free ride bus will take you to the gondola with other fun stops along the way. This location is a perfect walk to Main Street.

Getting Around:
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Base 9 bus stop on the Grey Route only a 5 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A parking pass is required for the free on-site parking space.

The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please note, the hot tubs are available daily from 10am to 8pm, with a seasonal closure from October 19th until reopening on November 8th.

Great location

My husband and I rented this condo for our first visit to Brekenridge. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Loved the decor and perfect location for walking into town. Would definitely stay here again !

Great location needs better sleeping arrangement

My family of 3 had a great time over 5 days here. Snow was great, the place was super clean and the location is awesome, especially once we figured out how to not have to ride the quicksilver lift on busy days. The pool and hot tubs were super convenient and a fun place to go in the afternoon. Our only downside to this great trip were the sleeping arrangements. My 14 yr old son slept on the pullout couch and had some kind of reaction to the bedding that bothered him the whole trip. My wife and I barely slept at all bc the mattress is small and worn out with a crater in the middle. Otherwise we loved the place and had a great time here.

Great location exceptional property management

The condo itself is nice and in a very convenient location. My only issue with the Condo itself is that it advertises a sleeper sofa . The fold out bed mattress is 3 inches and it is not possible to sleep on it. The best part of this condo was the management company Summit Mountain rentals There was a leak in the water heater. It was repaired in 4 hours but fans were going to be needed for hours to dry it up. The moved us to another unit. Chris with the management company was so accommodating and did everything possible to make up for the inconvenience. Also shout out to their maintenance man David who was so helpful as we relocated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was kinda a "you pay what you get for" deal here. The pool is close which is GREAT. The bed in the bedroom is fine, but the bed in the pullout couch was ROUGH at best. Springs in back rough. I don't know how much a pullout mattress costs new but I would imagine it's worth it. With that in mind, the location is great. Also something really simple like not having coffee filters is a major pain. There was coffee and a coffee maker but no filters. That's an easy upgrade but something that should never be without. Cleaning crew could have done a little better job with the tub. Another easy fix. with these upgrades would stay again for sure.

The first we thing we noticed there were mice dropping.

The place is old! It needs repair, the baseboards are disintegrating, the toilet seat was loose, the front door is crack, the coffee pot lid is broken, and I can continue for ever.

We were excited to find such a cute rental in the area within our price range. Two main things we were looking for were a fireplace and a hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, and had I known this at time of booking, I would have booked elsewhere.

Easy walk to town

We had an amazing stay at Warrior Mark's. We had great communication with Summit who handles the property they even text us and offered an early check-in. The condo was well stocked with essentials and maintained. Cable/Internet all worked as expected. Then it may be getting time for a new mattress but was not uncomfortable. Location Location you are a 5 min walk to Breckenridge Brewery and from there access to whole town. It made an evening out a breeze as we could walk everywhere. Central located to all kinds of hike and other fun outdoor activities. We would definatly stay at Mark's again.

It is a great central location and walkable to main st. plus little hikes and trails around the area. (Side note* if you plan of doing laundry which is great they have it available, you will need quarters!) However I did have a few mishaps with the management that were off putting. I had requested to add an additional night via vrbo messages and was told my card would get charged no problem... When I received my confirmation the additional night was not there..they called to clarify and said that mistakes never happens not a huge deal we were able to add the additional night, big deal...when I was checking in..you go to their office to pick up keys and they give you the run down with a welcome packet...she highlighted the amenities and I noticed there was pool access in the amenities...this is during covid 19 pandemic so I was excited of the possibilty of using the pool which I figured would have some restrictions understandably! But when I specifically asked the lady she said, "no sorry the pool is closed"...okay no problem I just wanted to see.. We get to the condo love it and walk around and see other guests in the husband goes and investigates...the attendant lets him know there's a reservation system...okay so he calls the office and they confirm that the pool is open if you reserve your spot...limited numbers due to covid which I totally understand.. What I was annoyed and frustrated with was the fact that front desk straight up told me that the pool was closed...we were able to sign up and use the pool but they only take reservations that day and for the next so you have to sign up son loved to pool so im glad we were able to enjoy it I just have no idea why she would lie to me about it... With that I would still recommend it the location is great and so is the condo but the management could definitely improve on a few things

Will be back

Definitely enjoyed staying here. But the wifi wasn’t working and the front office gave us a number for their wifi contact, but their line was busy so we never got it fixed. But overall great location, walking distance from the mountain and Main Street. Will definitely be back.
