Relax in the inviting living area, featuring a gas fire pit perfect for cool evenings, and a brand-new Roku TV ideal for movie nights.
Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops, or gather around the dining table that comfortably seats four. Access Breckenridge’s finest hiking and biking trails directly from your doorstep.

A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures.
