Other things to note:
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Pets: Two (2) small to mid-size dogs allowed per reservation. A Non-Refundable $150 pet fee required per pet.
- Quiet Time Hours from 10pm to 6am: We request guests not be notably loud or rowdy during this time frame.
-Trash pick-up day is every Monday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day)
