The resort has 2 pools one that is the Keys largest beach entry style pool, 2 hot tubs one that is a grotto style, fishing pier, fitness center, game room, tennis, pickle and basketball courts. It's a beautiful well maintained peaceful place.

The townhouse, a spacious, three-level home, is freshly remodeled, immaculate and rejuvenating! The townhome is just steps from the tennis and pickle ball courts, KEY LARGO’S LARGEST FRESHWATER OASIS POOL, the impressive Clubhouse with a second ocean view pool where you’ll find the Cozy Grotto Hot Tub with a Waterfall, and the Marina. Two homes in one! You can bring the in-laws. This spacious townhouse features three levels, and can be enjoyed as two completely separate living spaces, each with their own private entrance and accommodations if so desired. Perfect privacy and space for in-laws, teenagers or several couples. Enter the foyer and walk up to the main level into the generously sized open floor plan. There you’ll find the living room with 82” flat screen TV and Sonos surround sound system, dining room with oversized table with seating for six, bar area, and a well-stocked Gourmet kitchen with a pantry, quartz island & counters, and a raised snack bar with more seating. The third floor features an expansive master bedroom ensuite with lots of natural light a king-size bed, flat screen TV and an open work area with a desk, chair, printer and wireless phone charger. The private luxurious master bath has a lavish, glassed double shower with dual shower heads and double sinks. The master suite also has access to the spiral staircase leading to the furnished rooftop deck to perhaps enjoy an evening of cocktails and star gazing. Down the hall, the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, twin bunk beds a flat screen TV, and includes a full ensuite bathroom. On the entry level, there is another living room with a flat screen TV, a leather full size sofa bed, an enhanced kitchenette with a toaster oven, convection/microwave oven, full-size refrigerator and a table and chairs. There’s also another full bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a King-size bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, and access to the large furnished patio adjoining a natural mangrove area. The private laundry room is accessed on the front porch and has a combo washer/dryer. This villa has it all and will provide for you the many well thought touches to enjoy a perfect get away.

The Mariner’s Club resort has TWO FANTASTIC POOLS which stand out as a favorite among guests. Surrounded by mature palm trees and gorgeous tropical landscaping, the oceanfront oasis-style pool boasts 7,800 square feet of surface area and dual zero entries, making it the LARGEST FRESHWATER POOL IN THE FLORIDA KEYS. This oceanside pool area is complete with poolside grills, outdoor showers and changing pool house. A second heated pool, with the cozy Grotto Jacuzzi Tub nearby, overlooks the marina and open ocean with incredible views. This pool area adjoins the Clubhouse with breezy open terraces and grills.

The CLUBHOUSE facing the ocean is richly enhanced with teak, mahogany and marble décor for a relaxing experience. Enjoy all the clubhouse has to offer including open air terraces overlooking the heated clubhouse pool. Indoors there are numerous entertaining options including a pool table, ping pong table, poker table, foosball, and a lounging area with a flat screen TV. Or work out in the state-of-the art Fitness Center

across from the club house where you can view entertainment on two TV’s with surround sound while getting in shape. Sitting above the marina, the heated Clubhouse pool offers dramatic views of the open ocean while you float in the refreshing pool or relax on deck in the sun. Nestled near the landscaping and the clubhouse pool, you will find the magnificent Jacuzzi Waterfall Grotto to escape and unwind. On the grounds there is also tennis, pickle-ball or basketball. THE KEY LARGO AREA is called “Diving Capital of the World”. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is just 2 miles away with world class snorkeling and diving. The first undersea park in the U. S. which encompasses approximately 70 nautical square miles. The coral reefs and marine life bring most visitors to the park. In water as shallow as 20 feet, there are reefs and even an underwater 4,000 pound statue of Christ – easily accessible by novice snorkelers. Sport fishing, boat rentals, kayaking or paddle-board and glass bottom boat ride are all close by. The African Queen Canal Cruise with the authentically restored ship from the movie. Learn about and interact with the dolphins at Dolphins Plus Bayside or Dolphins or Island Dolphin Care. The YMCA waterpark or Jacobs Aquatic Center are refreshing fun for the little ones.

MARINA Come by land or sea! Mariners Club marina is a 43-slip, protected deep-water marina and will accommodate jets skis and boats as well as yachts up to 60 feet in length. For your comfort, please note that the Mariners Club Security is very strict in checking that pre-registered guests only are allowed to enter the premises. you will be allowed up to 8 registered guest only regardless of age. They will verify at each entry and will not allow "non-registered" visitors into the community. We have free private parking and you can park up to TWO cars in the driveway. The cars must be pre-registered.

*There is a one-time resort use fee of $95.00 Resort fee is paid directly to the guard upon check-in and can only be paid in the form of a check or money order to Mariners Club HOA. This fee is for the use of all resort amenities.

All of the amenities are just a short walk from the home the tennis courts are almost right next door and the beach entry style infinity pool is about a 3 minute walk.

There is parking for two cars right in front of the home and other parking through out the resort if you don't feel like walking. I recommend walking because the grounds and tropical landscaping are lush and fragrant.

The neighbor hood is quiet, peaceful, tropical with plenty to do and fabulous views of the Atlantic,

Everything the resort has to offer is easily accessible with just a short walk.

There is parking right in front of the home and there is also parking throughout

the resort. There is a fishing pier with seating out over the water, it's a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee.
