Tommy Bahama, island decor throughout!

The ground floor has a complete one-bedroom apartment with a queen bed, bath, kitchenette, and the convenience of a microwave, small refrigerator, bar sink, Keurig coffee maker. Also, the sitting area has a sleeper sofa. The bath on this level has a tub/shower, sink, and toilet. Close the internal door for privacy or leave it open to provide inside access to the upper floors.

The main living level is on the second floor and has a spacious cook's kitchen with a Mr Coffee coffee maker, a dining table with seating for 6.

Open floor plan living room and a screened balcony with a large table and seating for 4.

A guest bedroom with two twin beds, TV, and a third full bathroom is also on this level.

3rd floor provides:
Master Bedroom #1 with a king bed, TV, and a sitting area. The ensuite bath has a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, a large shower, and a toilet + bidet.
Master Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, TV, and also has an ensuite bath with a one-step down shower, sink, and toilet.

NOTE: 4-7 day stay requirement varies by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas Day.

The house was large enough, especially for a lot of people. However, we had issues with the temperature being comfortable and the TV never worked correctly. I communicated our issues and nothing was ever done to resolve the issue with the tv.

Thank you for taking time to give us feedback. I see in the communication with the office that one of the thermostats was adjusted to a cooler temperature. There are 2 central air units in the townhouse and perhaps the one that you requested to be adjusted wasn't the one that was addressed - my apologies for that. And we have not been able to duplicate the TV issue you reported but we will be mindful of any future comments from guests regarding that. I'm glad you found the townhouse large enough for your needs and invite you to keep us in mind for your next visit to Key Largo!

Beautiful place and very spacious

Perfect place as advertised. There were 7 of us of which 5 were teenagers and it met all of our needs. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect getaway for our group of 9!

Everyone was impressed with this property - from the teenagers to the grandparents! The owners had thought of every single detail to make our stay absolutely perfect! So many things to do, the location is great, and we would love to come back again!

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would come back. Location is great close to shopping/food options/excursions. The house is spacious as advertised, beds were comfy, the space was clean. The Mariners club property was great and the 2 pools allowed lots of space for relaxing. A few issues we had that turned this from what could have been a luxury stay into something that felt a bit tacky/budgeted.-For 6 people over 4 nights we were provided insufficient dishwasher pods (only 2), garbage bags (we ran out on the morning we left trying to clean up) and no cleaning supplies. Apparently there was a self catered email that was not sent out to us in advance, but when paying almost 4000USD for a stay, It would be nice to provide some basic cleaning supplies (it would also help us leave the property cleaner for checkout, we had no spray cleaners for counters/table/stove). -On the day of check in we found out the window to check in with a person at the property management company was only 1 hour, and if you weren't there in that window they requested a Credit card and ID outside of the VRBO platform (against VRBO policy)-They request the AC not be set below 73, but there are no additional floor fans to help provide comfort in the house if you do that Again we overall would stay again, but it felt like luxury condo pricing without some of the care/amenities we would expect from that price point and a small investment could make big improvements.

Regarding check-in, while VRBO is the booking platform, ID and payment verification are standard practice, similar to hotels, for security purposes. For the A/C, our system allows settings as low as 70°. If you saw 73° listed somewhere, please let us know where so we can correct it. Christmas Vacation

We had a great stay here. Our family, 2 adults plus 4 kids (ages 6-14), had everything we needed for a great stay. There was plenty of room and I liked that the complex was secure. The kids could go fish or swim and I didnt worry about it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mariner’s Club. There was plenty of room to enjoy time alone within this spacious home. The only negative I will give is the king size bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. The pool area is great to enjoy the sun and water.

I have spoken to the homeowners about the mattress as they have stayed there recently themselves and they report they found it quite comfortable and understand not everyone likes the same type of mattress. We really enjoyed the spacious accommodations.

We really enjoyed the spacious accommodations. It was quiet and the staff very friendly. Close to places to eat and shop. The only negative comment I have is the king size bed. It was very uncomfortable. (MGR RESPONSE: We realize it’s impossible to have a bed that is suited to everyone’s comfort level. We do hope you’ll come back and visit again!) The security team at the front gate were especially nice.

It was clean, comfortable and beatifully decorated. We had all the pots/pans and utensils to prepare meals. The steep stairs make it less than ideal for toddlers or people with any mobility issues. The screened in deck/balcony were wonderful. We had a lovely and comfortable stay. The only thing we could have hoped for is warmer weather. We enjoyed John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park - The Turtle Hospital - Aquarium Encounters Marathon - Ernest Hemingway House Museum and Fort East Martello Museum (with Robert the Haunted Doll), Key West - Porky's Bayside Restaurant and Marina in Marathon We have rented through Barefeet before and will not hesitate to do so again. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to questions and concerns. Check in and check out are seamless.

not as advertised

property had water damage in main room, no privacy shades on front door, did not sleep 10 as advertised-- we had to buy an inflatable mattress, no blankets, broken micowave, and more. While response to requests was timely, our needs were not met.

We always strive for a Five Star stay for our guests and we are sorry you feel that was not provided for you. The microwave did malfunction and unfortunately has to be replaced in the second floor kitchen...I would like to note there is a second one in the ground floor kitchenette that was available to be used. As to not sleeping 10, the sleeping arrangements are as advertised and has appropriate bedding so I'm unsure what you are referring to and invite you to give us a call to discuss further as well as the water damage in the main room. The location of this place is great! Close to grocery stores, state park, and close to other cities we planned to visit during our stay. Everything on site was awesome- it was better than expected! Beautiful grounds, loved the pools, the marina, the little private beach. As for the house itself, it was good for what we needed it for. It was clean, spacious, etc. all in all we had a really amazing week long stay! Would come back!
