-We have a private single driveway that can fit up to three midsize vehicles.
-Guest will have access to keyless entry into the property with a 4-6 digit unique code created for their reservation.

House Rules:
-No street parking during the hours of 3am-6am expect on Sundays (City ordinance)
-No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval.
-No smoking/vaping on property (including the front porch). **There is a $300 fee if smoke is detected.
-No noxious, offensive, or nuisance activity is allowed. We're in a very family orientated area.
-No illegal activities or contraband goods are allowed
-No more than 6 guest are allowed to stay on property.
-Neighborhood quiet time between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM
-All doors shall be locked when leaving the house for long periods of time.
-No third party booking
-Guest are responsible for (replacing or paying for) any damage that happens to any item on the property that is outside of normal wear and tear.
**If it’s discovered that any rules have been broken, you'll be asked to leave without any refund.
