Introducing The Court, an iconic destination in Seaside, Florida. The Court has undergone an extensive 18-month renovation with every detail impeccably thought out. The Court has eight guest residences overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden centrally located with outdoor seating, all just steps from the beach, The Black Bear Bread Company steps to downtown Seaside, The Coleman Pavilion Beach access, and the Seaside amphitheater.

The Court was previously the Motorcourt, which was originally called the “No Tell Motel.” Back in the day, the Motorcourt offered guests an updated version of a classic motorcourt. The building was designed by American architect Scott Merill, who was a recipient of the Driehaus Architecture Prize in 2016.

Over the years, the building was used for administrative offices, and now it has been completely redone and is premiering as The Court, a vacation destination unlike any other.

There are six standard court-style rooms. Each court-style room features a queen bed, a custom-designed built-in desk nook perfect for working remotely, a designated built-in coffee station nook, incredible private bathrooms, and a view of the beautifully landscaped central garden and open green called The Lawn. Each room has been flawlessly designed, from luxury Peacock Alley linens to coastal Serena & Lily furnishings throughout. All rooms have ample built-in custom storage, a built-in coffee station complete with a Nespresso maker, an under-counter refrigerator in the room, and two plush bathrobes for use during your stay. Every room has an oversized bathroom with a large bathroom vanity, a marble-tiled walk-in shower, and a rainfall showerhead and shower wand.

Every room has a gorgeous lawn and garden view tucked away behind blackout shades for privacy during your stay. Each room has additional soundproofing for a serene private escape as well as all the modern media luxuries: a Samsung mounted smart frame TV and a Wi-Fi booster in every room. Off every room is your very own private side porch with a custom hanging bed and Utility Canvas throw, this is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee. * The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed.
