U are responsible for any damage to the house from u or your party .House is decorated with all new furniture and design please be respectful we want u to enjoy our home come as guest and leave as a friend ….Ps If u looking to rent a pontoon some private owners at Bass Lake they rent pls let me know … We also provide a clean play pan for little ones so they sleep secured …Enjoy pool table , hockey table , paddle boat, paddle boards ,couple of bikes kayaks and more …We are lake front with private pier that you could put your boat or toys for water … beach towels provided !
