Kommen Sie in unserem wunderschön eingerichteten "Hampton House at Bass Lake"! 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bäder. Der beste Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, während Sie an unserem privaten Pier sitzen, in unserem Tagesbett unter unserer Pergola faulenzen oder mit unserer Familie oder Freunden auf unserer Außenterrasse auf unserem extra großen Deck sitzen! Draußen finden Sie auch einen großen Esstisch, einen Gas-Weber-Grill und eine Feuerstelle mit Sitzgelegenheiten!
Das 2-stöckige Haus ist komplett erneuert!
Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine wunderschöne Küche und Essbereich (Sitzplätze für 6), Kücheninsel (w / Sitzplätze für 4), 2 Liegesofas, Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett, 1/2 Bad, Hinterzimmer mit Tagesbett und Trundle, zusätzliches Extra - großer Farmtisch zum Essen oder Spielen (wir haben jede Menge zur Verfügung), und ein superbequemer und großer Liegesessel und die Hälfte perfekt zum Lesen und Genießen der Aussicht! Sie finden auch die Waschküche im Erdgeschoss.
Im Obergeschoss ist die EXTRA-Large Master Suite Ihr privater Rückzugsort! Das bequemste Kingsize-Bett, ein gemütlicher Sessel, eine Kaffeebar, ein Mini-Kühlschrank, ein Fernseher und ein wunderschönes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken und einer Dusche!
Darüber hinaus finden Sie im Obergeschoss 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, beide mit Etagenbetten mit Twin over Full-Bett und ein weiteres Badezimmer.

Luxury lakefront

Fantastic Getaway!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean and exactly as pictured and described. We never left the house, we had everything we needed. Everyone enjoy their time there from Grandma to our 2 year old. The house perfectly accommodated all of us! We will definitely be staying again!

Loved the area and lake view

The house was stocked with life vests, kayaks and toys to use at the lake. Lots of seating and we loved revisiting this area after moving years ago. Communication with the owners wasn’t timely or friendly. The ring camera was used to monitor activity which we found intrusive. Besides that it was a good place to stay.

Thank you for your review. The only camera is a Ring doorbell camera which is to notify us of the arrival of guests and security. We only monitor when we get multiple notifications as we did in your case because you had a party, which is against House rules. We also got notification of the man urinating off of the front deck. We are using a management company, and he is the one that notified you of that situation. I apologize if you did not like the way he communicated with you, in regards to the public urination. We take pride in our home and we always want our renters to be comfortable, but to also to treat it with respect.

Gorgeous updated property

Gorgeous updated property that offered every amenity we could ask for. The accommodations were top notch from the comfortable beds to the soft towels provided. The property had everything we could’ve hoped for including all types of games for inside and out, board games, lifevests, even wood for the outdoor fire pit !! The direct lake access from the dock was great!! Everyone of us said we would return for another stay!!! One of the best most accurate VRBO properties I have encountered. And the host was available for any questions or concerns at any time!! Thank you for opening your lovely home to our family, it really felt like our home away from home!!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Property was as described and actually better than pictures! We got lucky and had great weather, got to spend a lot of time outside and in the water! The very shallow water and sand bottom lake made it great for my grandkids, the water was clean and warm and all sorts of water toys and kayaks, etc to play with. Property owner has thought of everything you might need inside and out. We cooked and grilled and ate all our meals at the house, but did walk down the street to the ice cream store!! Communication was excellent and we had no issues at all. I hope to rent again someday!

AMAZING

You can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into setting up her home for vacationers. From the decorations to the the amenities and games, this home is well stocked. From sun-up to sun down this rental kept us entertained. I worked out on the deck in the morning, had my coffee in the lounging chair over looking the lake, watched my kids from the dock playing in the water, did the paddle boards and kayaks in the afternoon, BBQ on deck and games (loved all the variety) in the game room and wine by the firepit at night. The beds were soooo comfortable. It was amazing and I would return here in a heartbeat.......wish all vacation rentals were this good. Thank you

We Didn't Want to Leave!

I rented this lovely home for my brother and my sister and her family when we came to Bass Lake for a family celebration. They loved the home so much that they extended their vacation to be able to stay and enjoy the home for a few more days. The home is very clean, super comfortable and very well appointed with much attention to detail . The master suite is huge and beautiful and all of the bedrooms are super comfortable. It was nice to have a first floor bedroom for someone with mobility issues. The backyard is wonderful - a stone firepit, deck, lounges and a terrific pier that extends far into the lake for a wonderful sunset vantage point. We had a great time canoing on the lake. I would highly recommend this home.

Great for Family Time

Had a wonderful stay! Every year we pick a new location for our annual family lake house trip, and this was by far the favorite. The yard really made it for us - plenty of space for yard games and hanging out, the water was swimmable, thoughtful seating and shade. Tons of amenities. The house itself was great too. Stocked with enough of everything and the beds were so comfy! Worked well for my parents, siblings and their children. If we came back to Bass Lake I’d definitely book this again.

Fun and Relaxation

What a great time was had by all at the Hampton House. The outdoor living space was our favorite, plenty of yard to play games, relax on the deck, eat outside. There was lots of shade areas, we loved the round day bed, especially for sunsets. The house was equipped with all that you need...and the gas grill was great. The outdoor cooler kept our drinks cold all day with just 1 bag of ice. The outdoor shower was great for the Grands, they loved washing off the sand there. The lake is shallow, only about 5 feet at the end of the pier, but very sandy. Kids and adults had fun cooling off. The ladder to get back on the pier was perfect. Our family never watched TV, but loved the sound system inside and out to listen to our own music. There was plenty of room to sleep all of us comfortably. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

Family Getaway

Perfect amount of space inside & outside for our family & grandparents. The kids loved playing in the water & jumping off the dock, as well as paddling around on kayaks and paddle boards. We were able to fish right from the dock too. The outside offered lots of different seating options to enjoy the lake views. It was a great place for some much needed family time!

Great for families with kids!

We had a wonderful time at the Hampton House! The house itself is fully renovated and beautiful! The kayaks and paddle board were perfect for my 12 and 9 year old nieces. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had! We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Love the lake

One of the best family vacations ever. Everything about this place was great. My grandkids, ages 6 and 8, experienced so many new adventures....lake swimming, fishing off the pier, kayaking, canoeing, playing in the sandy shallows and all of us enjoyed the deck on the pier. Thanks Cynthia for providing moorage for our boat. Hope to return to Hampton house again.

Family Weekend Getaway

Fantastic property and host. Great communication. My family had a great time in the house and yard. The house is bigger than it looks and completely decked out with smarthome accessories. Nice, upscale lake retreat

Overall, great experience at this property. The owners have done a great job creating a very upscale feel through smart decor and technology choices throughout the place.

Gorgeous home with all the amenities!

We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous home! The outdoor setting was so relaxing, from the sectional couch, to the large dining table, the "egg" chair, round seating under the pergola...right down to the outdoor speakers!! Not to mention the beautiful views from the lake and campfires at night!! The kids all had fun on the kayaks and paddle board! They had yard games, board games, books... we took advantage of it all!! The house had everything you could ask for and ...more! The kitchen was very well equipped as we made all of our meals at the house. We hope to be back again in the future! Side note: we did not end up renting their pontoon boat due to weather forecasts (although, happy to report we had gorgeous weather!!) ... I would recommend renting their boat! It's located right at their pier! That's our only regret!

My husband Denis and I are originally from Long Island, NY. We spent lots of time in the Hamptons and now have our very own "Hampton House".
11 years ago we made the move to Frankfort, IL where we currently live with our 3 kids. We have been coming to Bass Lake for the past 7 years, staying at a friend's home. Last year we made the BEST decision and purchased our own vacation home on the Lake! It truly is our favorite place. After the best Summer ever, hosting lots of family & friends, we decided to share our home. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We used to stay in a house across the lake. I'm a creature of habit so when my husband wanted to purchase this house, I was skeptical. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE'VE EVER MADE! There is nothing like having a LAKE SIDE house with a PRIVATE yard (no streets for your kiddos to cross). We live out on that deck and watch our kids play in the lake. Also, we really do have the best views on the lake....our sunsets are SPECTACULAR!

Beautiful Large deck that you won't want to leave! Relaxing pergola with a daybed and bar. It's our favorite spot for Happy Hour.....which is EVERY hour on Lake time!
We have every amenity you can think of to make this a true LUXURY lake vacation. Looking for something in particular? Just ask! We aim to please!
