Newly remodeled 2,300 sq. ft. lakefront home, only 3/4 of a mile to the beach and Village. It has a brand new covered Pool Bar with 10 foot granite bar that seats 8 people and 75" tv to watch sports, movies, news and your favorite programs without going inside. The new heated pool has a built-in hot tub, it also has a baja sun shelf for simple kids play and adult relaxing enjoyment. Granite kitchen countertops and new appliances, 50" + smart TVs in every bedroom and a 70" TV for family or group gatherings. A large open floor plan with left MASTER WING and bath and guest bedrooms & bath on the right wing, for added privacy. Master bedroom has king size bed, Guest bedroom #1 has king size bed, Guest bedroom #2 has king size bed and Bunk room has 2 full size beds and 2 twins. All rooms have new foam mattresses.
The space is Professionally decorated with a relaxed chic BOHO vibe inside and out. We also offer beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and cooler. The backyard overlooks Lake Nancy, a Spring fed lake with cranes and other birds for tranquil morning coffees or drinks at sunset. It is conveniently located close to the village and close to the North bridge for easy access to airport and Downtown Sarasota dining and shopping
Only 1 reservation may exist in any given 30-day period.

Best Family Beach Home/Vacation

Beautiful home inside and out. The pool was fabulous for our family of 8 as well as the house and it’s amenities. Just a short golf cart ride to Siesta Village and the beach. The property was lovely at night and the birds at the pond were fun to watch. There was no need for us to bring all that we did because the house is fully stocked from the kitchen to beach supplies (towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys). There was a lot of room for our family to spread out and let the little ones rest. Loved it and we would definitely rent again!

Amazing kitchen and pool!

This house has a great pool!! Perfect for all ages. The kitchen was amazing! Huge and very well stocked. It was nice having a kitchen this size for our group. Owner is very responsive. When we stayed, there was construction going on out front M-F which was a pain!!!! We lost water twice and couldn’t leave the house one day (all day) due to not being able to get out of the driveway. Very dusty and dirty from the construction too. The driveway is hard to pull out of without construction going on due to being on the corner it’s on, and with the construction closing one driveway at all times, really made this difficult. Blinds and windows were icky and need replaced and/or cleaned. Garbage disposal doesn’t work either so that was annoying. We would give this house another try/stay when there isn’t construction going on but while the construction is going on, I don’t recommend. Road being closed off and on all week due to construction was a pain as well.. had to drive all the way around to get home. Not really walking distance to anything.

It is a mother and daughter team, Donna (mom) lives in North Carolina and Lisa in Cincinnati. Donna owns a small boutique Gift Shop and also has a home decorating business. Lisa is married and has two boys at Ohio State and an awesome husband (That is me writing this summary) We have been visiting Siesta Key for 7+ years and fell in love with the area and now the team has purchased a property for our family and yours to enjoy !!!!

It is a 4 bedroom property with a new covered pool bar, pool and hot tub, one of the handful reasonably priced on the island and it is an open floor plan that has a large kitchen and dining area that connects to the living room, that all have lake views. It has two wings for the 4 bedrooms for some additional privacy and is a one story ranch without any steps to climb or separate the group. The location is fantastic, just a few minute walk to the beach, Village and restaurants but a pinch away from the crowds when you want to wind down the day.

It is also located close to the north bridge for easier access to downtown Sarasota, St Armand Circle, Lido Key, Long Boat Key and the airport. It is a great mix of privacy and quick access to the best areas for family fun and experiences.
