Gorgeous location! The home is beautiful as well. Large kitchen to accomodate several cooks. All of the necessary pots and pans, dishes, glassware were readily available. The beds were comfortable. It was great to have 3 bathrooms.

Amazing lake house! Super clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful lakeside location with lots of fun water toys. The hosts were so responsive and quickly answered all my questions. The trail down to the lake is a bit steep, and the lower room is only accessible from outside, but neither took away from how much we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Family Gathering

This is a wonderful property and a great lakefront location! Our foodie family enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and spacious deck where we watched the sun sets at night. We were a little surprised that the downstairs bedroom was only accessible by exterior steps but made it work out. Communication was great and easy check in/check out. Thanks for a great stay!!

Fun family lake trip

Great trip, family had a blast. If I we had any issues it was taken care of immediately, house is perfect for a big family.....only issue is the well water has a very minerally smell to it, I wasn't used to that not sure if thats a thing or not but if possible I would try to take care of it.

Excellent property amd location on the lake

The place was clean, spacious and well kept. The toys in the shed were great for the kiddos. We rented a boat and it was great to park the boat on the property's dock. Also, it was only 15 minutes from the rental dock back to the place. The kitchen was well stocked, which was appreciated. The shades on the deck were great. All in all a great place and we would highly recommend.

Very solid house. Three comfortable bedrooms upstairs. 4th bedroom is a separate downstairs unit with a separate entrance. A little funky but fine. Good A/C. The house is on a shallow bay with the water depth at the dock of 44 inches. We have a large surf boat (Malibu M240). I was a little worried about the depth but it was all ok. The path down to the dock needs some work. We had to drive my 87 year old mom down to the dock whenever she joined us on the boat. The bay is super calm so I never worried about the boat getting beat up by the wind. We would stay here again.

This is why you have a lake house!

Roomy home with great decks. Good blinds on the decks for that hour or two when sunshine is really hitting you at eye level. Beautiful views from deck. Some nice water toys to enjoy in the lake. All good. AC was great when we used it....we had a cooler week so didn't use it a lot. The house was well stocked/supplied. Easy drive to town. Great biking in Harrison ....40 minute drive. Only wish.....some larger cooking and serving dishware... ...fry pan, pot for pasta making, bowls... All very good. Thanks

Comfortable Home with Great Sunsets!

This property easily accommodated our group of 6 adults. The home is beautiful and well appointed. No fault of the owner / property, but the property management company needs to step up to do a better job of cleaning / maintaining the property. Although I wouldn't let this deter you from reserving it. One detail that isn't noted (or I missed it) is the fourth bedroom is accessible from an exterior stairway. While this was not an issue for us, it might if you have small children. I would also suggest the listing be clear about the swim quality off the dock. All in all a beautiful home!

3 Couples Coeur d’Alene

This is a lovely property and we were comfortable there. However: the lower level had not been cleaned and I had to call to report that, however it was taken care of promptly. The previous tenants had not removed their trash from the premises, I had to call twice before that problem was addressed. There was no propane for the lower, outdoor fire pit and the propane ran out for the balcony fire pit. I called and requested refills, but there was no response.

Hey Rye I am suprised to see this review from you. The trash and everything wasnt hauled away because when we called you, you had checked in 4 hours early before our quality checkers could get in there to finish everything and haul trash off. We asked if we should still send someone out and you said no everything was perfect. We were happy to fix things once you got settled in and noticed there were a few things that needed fixed and did so prompletly. It was great hosting you and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Harrison lake house

The house was very nice. It is located out from the town but is quiet. I would say kitchen utensils/ cooking items need to be expanded. Appliances were good, The internet did not work well for us. My husband worked remotely and it was a problem and steaming Netflix at night would freeze multiple times. The property managers were very responsive and called the internet company but still not great. The boat dock was great and we had a boat delivered. Only complaint is the last 10-15 ft down to road to dock was very steep and slippery without stairs or a railing. I was told coming in the fall. Overall a good house. Would be fantastic if above items corrected which I believe will happen. AC and beds great.

This property is the perfect place for family or friends to get together. It has a private water access and dock just a short walk down from the house as its lake front. You're able to park any and all water toys on the dock for your enjoyment. It has breath taking views and a large back deck to enjoy a nice meal and the sunshine/views. There is also a great firepit with plenty of seating around it to enjoy after a day of swimming and other amazing adventures this home and location offer.
