Hi Gerard, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the home very comfortable. I do want to clarify the television issue for future guests. During your stay, you let us know that one TV was not responding to the remote (your review said TV's plural). We promptly had replacement batteries delivered to your door that same day. We did not receive any further report of a television problem after that, and we would have been happy to address any additional issue had we been made aware of it. Our goal is always to respond quickly when a guest brings an issue to our attention, and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to resolve any problem right away. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to make sure everything is working properly for each new guest. The guests before and after your stay reported no problems. Hi Diane, Thanks for your stay with us, it was a pleasure to host you. As a side note, the "Master" you refer to was not meant to be a master bedroom. It is the bedroom that seems to have its own bathroom, but it only ended up that way when we redid the kitchen and moved the bathroom to that side of the house and butted it up against the smaller room on the first floor. It's a great room but definitely not meant to be a master, especially due to its size. We did have two coffee makers in the unit up until the start of the summer when one guest broke the glass pot and another clogged the machine by not using a filter. We decided the Keurig had less room for error. Thanks again for feedback on our home, we certainly do appreciate it. We hope to see you again!
