The apartment was occupied just prior to your arrival, and unfortunately, we needed time to prepare it properly. That said, we’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet the expected standard, and we have followed up with our housekeeping team to ensure this is addressed. As for the renovation works, we fully understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this must have been. We were not given advance notice about the exact timing or scope of the building-wide work and were just as surprised by the notice. We regret that we couldn’t inform you ahead of time, your input helped us prevent such situations in the future.
