Guests have access to an entire 10000 square foot new construction property with front terrace surrounded by mediterranean palm trees and outdoor fire place , 2800 square foot home and sprawling back yard adorned with med palms for privacy around pool.

Cypress House is an 2021 built custom home featuring high end finishings, furniture, audio and video . No expense has been spared to provide a luxury experience for guests. With that being said we ask that you treat the home as if it were your own in terms of use and in terms of respect for neighbors. The house rules established must be followed and have been set for a reason. During check out we ask that you collect any trash into bags and strip the sheets off bedding prior to departure .

Located just off Lake Havasu Road next to Cypress Park, 7 minute walk (2 minute drive) from the jet ski boat launch, 10 minute walk from Rotary Park (3 minute drive) and about a mile from London Bridge.

BTW My name is Keith, I am the owner of Cypress House & your host. I am a phone call, VRBO message or text message away. My local assistant Casey is also easily available to come to the home in case of emergency or urgent need. Bad Location and Mediocre Cleaning

Felt bad about giving a bad review. Let me start by saying the house is very nice and modern. Owner communication was good. Now onto the negatives…. Housekeeping was below average and most would consider bad. Like a typical bad housekeeper they clean what’s very visible but if you move anything what’s around what you move has never been cleaned, and I mean never. Ran out of paper towels, we ran to the store to replenish. Biggest complaint and warning to others is the location. It’s across the street from the water treatment plant - and the smells are horrible! Please note that when I say across the street, I mean about 20 yards from the huge open containers cleaning human waste! To add insult to injury, there was a significant charge for pool use but I couldn’t stay outside for more than 10 minutes without feeling sick to my stomach, its pretty bad. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but I would have appreciated reading this before I booked and would have saved me the bad stay.

Amazing Modern Home

We have stayed in many homes in Havasu and this home was bar none the nicest home. New, modern, great home for entertaining or relaxing. Plenty of room for garaged boat storage. All appliances and amenities were perfect. The only downside was it was 122 degrees, when you get back from a long day on the lake, you are drained and the homes pool looks so inviting! The pool water was 96 degrees, so it was not inviting or refreshing. We spent $400 on ice and cooled the spa down, and that’s where we hung out once home! All it needs is a chiller! Keith the owner is amazing. Great communication. You can tell he spent good money on this home, his furnishings, and very thankful he shared that with my family and friends.

Pop culture art, technologically tricked out, the best in modern furniture and loads of amenities with the smallest of details covered.

I love Lake Havasu because its a beautiful 4 season lake town that hasn't been over gentrified. Its lake won't dry up as its a resevoir within Colorado River. Its location is convenient for Las Vegas, Phoenix, Palm Springs, and most of Southern California. The home itself is a rarity in the market, luxury with modern and high end finishings in a great location. Cypress House is ideal for a family vacation, corporate getaway, snowbird short term escape or friend and family week or weekend adventure. I purchased this home in June 2021 knowing it is the perfect getaway for the guest that loves the upgrades and features that I would want in a home.
