Marketing entrepreneur, home owner and all around nice guy with reviews to match! I have resided in LA, Las Vegas and Manhattan NYC this past decade. My newest home Cypress House located in Lake Havasu Az is my new construction home and pride and joy, I designed and styled it to reflect what I love and is a reflection of me. Pop culture art, technologically tricked out, the best in modern furniture and loads of amenities with the smallest of details covered.

I love Lake Havasu because its a beautiful 4 season lake town that hasn't been over gentrified. Its lake won't dry up as its a resevoir within Colorado River. Its location is convenient for Las Vegas, Phoenix, Palm Springs, and most of Southern California. The home itself is a rarity in the market, luxury with modern and high end finishings in a great location. Cypress House is ideal for a family vacation, corporate getaway, snowbird short term escape or friend and family week or weekend adventure. I purchased this home in June 2021 knowing it is the perfect getaway for the guest that loves the upgrades and features that I would want in a home.
