Positioned to take full advantage of the 'big blue' and the peace and tranquillity, the swimming pool is ideal for cooling off before a long siesta in the hammock in the shade of the Virginia creeper.
A large vine-covered terrace adds a unique charm and character to this house, inviting you to relax at any time of day, entertain family and friends and enjoy evenings under the stars.

Ideally located just 15 minutes' drive from the airport and Argostoli (the island's capital), the villa is situated in the traditional village of Pessada and is :
- A few minutes' drive from a wonderful little cove called "no shoes beach" and its crystal-clear waters
- Approximately 4 km from restaurants, bars and supermarkets
- Close to the port of Pessada with daily ferries to and from the island of Zakynthos

A car is essential if you want to explore the hidden treasures of Kefalonia :
- the fascinating underground lake of Melissani, a veritable open-air paradise
- The Drogarati cave, with its imposing stalactites and stalagmites dating back millions of years
- Its many beaches : one of them, Myrtos, is considered one of the three most beautiful beaches in the world
- The unmissable village of Assos, which hugs its peninsula ....

Built over 2 floors in a chic bohemian style, this fully air-conditioned villa sleeps up to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine.

Ground floor:
The entrance hall leads directly to a kitchen that opens onto a living room and is fully equipped (hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster).

In the light-filled living room, a mezzanine gives you high ceilings.

The Levant bedroom to the east and the Sunset bedroom to the west, each with a large wardrobe and double bed, share a bathroom that opens onto the outside.
Imagine taking a shower under a jasmine blossom!

First floor:
1 master bedroom with dressing room and sea view
1 mezzanine with pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
1 bathroom with bath and WC

Outside
Off the living room and kitchen, separated by 3 French windows, a large vine-covered terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, hammocks and deckchairs.
In the middle of the lawn, a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol.
The villa has parking space for 2 cars at the rear.

Linen :
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week.

Unheated swimming pool from May to October

House rules :
- A 10% supplement will be charged for arrivals from Monday to Friday.
- A security deposit of 500 euros is required in cash on arrival. It is refundable after inventory and handover of keys.
