Spend the day by our lovely pool or relax in our large Mediterranean garden and citrus grove with old olive trees, jasmine and lavender. Sunrise to sunset, take in the stunning panoramic views over the sea and Mount Ainos on our large 25 metre square private balcony while enjoying morning coffee or drinks before dinner. Or relax on your own private view balcony off the two main bedrooms. All bedrooms are full ensuite with either shower or bath or both. Italian kitchen with marble countertops.
The perfect romantic get away furnished with a mix of charming antique and luxurious contemporary furniture and with all kitchen conveniences. The villa's private, picturesque and tranquil location will impress you with its natural beauty. Beautiful local beaches are nearby with fantastic swimming in clear waters. In addition to our stone patio, our new poolside deck is perfect for yoga or stargazing and our bocce ball/ ring toss court will provide you with lots of fun. Ideal for walking or visiting the sights and beaches of this very beautiful island.

Outstanding holiday venue

Spacious and comprehensively appointed villa with an excellent pool and outdoor space. We combined a relaxed stay at the villa with using it as a base to explore the island.

Villa was spacious, extremely well presented, spotlessly clean - an absolute gem.BUT there are steps and stairs everywhere which, if you're old codgers like us, are a bit daunting. The pool is lovely but access is by vertical ladders which, again, is not for people with arthritis. Similarly the nearest beach is down a long flight of steps which we couldn't summon up the courage to try.Apart from this, if you just want to lounge the day away by the pool then this is the place to stay.

Perfect property for a comfortable stay and a base to explore Kefalonia

Many thanks to John and his representatives for clear and helpful communications from the very offset which made travel and access to the property very easy. The house is large and comfortable for groups up to six and there are plenty of spaces inside and out to cater for everyone. The house is very well equipped and supermarkets are a mere 15 minutes drive away. Likewise many restaurants at a similar distance and some great ones you can walk to in the village and near the port. The garden and pool are well looked after and complete this as a fantastic location for a holiday. Many thanks.

Paradise!

Where to start! Firstly the communication from John from the outset was fantastic. Clear guidelines, property access, ideas for things to do etc. wonderful! Then the property itself
.it was just fabulous and everything I’d hoped for
and more. A beautiful rural location with stunning views and although there are a couple of villas around, there is complete privacy. Easy to access all areas of the island, a manager who remains in constant contact, I couldn’t have wished for more. Already planning my next trip ❀

I stayed here with my partner and our two children (10 and 14). The villa is beautiful, clean and well appointed (including an excellent library). There was everything that you would need including practical things such as washing powder. John and Jane were excellent hosts who provided lots of information to ensure we could properly enjoy what is a beautiful part of a beautiful island. The welcome package of food and drink was a much appreciated touch. The manager Mike was also helpful with practical advice about where to eat (and how to drive on the island!). The pool area was great and the villa is actually even better than it appears from the photos. We have been back home now for a few days and I miss sitting on the balcony reading whilst being serenaded by the cicadas and crickets! There are many excellent beaches and restaurants nearby. The villa's proximity to Argostoli is a real benefit as it is a great and lively little town. I have already told my friends about the villa and we will definitely be back to use Villa Isadora as a base to explore a fabulous part of the world.

We have been visiting Kefalonia for fifteen years and love it more each time. Our villa is in the prefect location for seeing the island, enjoying the amazing beaches all along the island's south coast, walking, and enjoying our lovely traditional village of Pessada. We also love playing bocce ball (boules) on our private bocce ball court. Our very spacious house is set in a large property with citrus and olive trees as well as a Mediterranean garden full of lavender and rosemary. We take every care to ensure that our summer guests are treated as our privileged guests with a wonderful property manager to assist, cleaning and laundry services and regular gardening and pool maintenance. We provide a generous welcome pack that will let you make sandwiches if you're hungry as well as a selection of treats and beverages. Our goal is to provide a home away from home with our guests feeling well cared for. We are a new listing with vrbo so we are happy to direct you to the reviews from previous years.

Our villa is located on a quiet non-through small street in a very private quiet area. We love the wonderful ever changing view over the sea and mountain. We have one of the most wonderful views on the island of the wide panorama of Mount Ainos and the sea. While the area is tranquil and quiet, we are also ideally located for trips to the bustle of Argostoli and supermarkets as well as local food stores just a few kilometres away. (10 to 15 minute drive) We love the village with its old gardens and churches and we love the local beach just a few minutes walk down to the sea. The nearby beaches have the clearest water we have found on Kefalonia and 'No Shoes Beach' (called this because the locals keep the deep sand perfectly clean) is a wonderful swimming experience.

Our villa is very spacious and beautifully laid out. The large covered balcony on the top floor gives amazing views and is reached through the main hall, not a bedroom so its perfect for relaxing for the whole family starting with the sun rise, through the sunset and the moon rise after dark. Each upstairs bedroom has its own private view balcony as well. The villa is furnished with a mix of lovely antique and very comfortable modern furniture. Every modern convenience is provided from wifi to microwave. The very large garden and our surrounding citrus orchard/olive grove and Mediterranean garden gives privacy and lots of room. Our new pool-side deck is perfect for yoga (mats provided) and star-gazing. This is a very relaxing beautiful villa.
