Villa Roxanne is a newly listed, bright and airy single storey luxury villa comprising a large open plan living area with fully fitted Italian-designed kitchen with breakfast bar, feature vaulted timber ceilings, 2 large bedrooms, both with luxurious en-suite facilities and ample wardrobe space. All areas of the villa lead out through the large patio doors to the expansive external veranda, complimented by a stylish pergola and looking out to the most wonderous panoramic sea views, afforded from this fantastic location.
Externally, there is a large Al Fresco dining area and delightful outdoor kitchen and bar, enabling the guests to fully enjoy the surroundings and where you can while away the evenings socialising with friends.
The veranda patios surround the stunning private swimming pool which also features an integral Jacuzzi area.
There is a large off road parking area and the property is fully walled all around.
Villa Roxanne is the sister villa of Villa Afroditi (VRBO property ref: 6469152, a hugely popular villa for many years and managed by the same wonderful hosts, Panagis & Roxanne and is the perfect base from which to explore this wonderful island paradise of Kefalonia.

Another Fabulous Stay

Another fantastic stay at Villa Roxanne. Everything was spotlessly clean and all little details thought of. Close to shops, beaches, lovely restaurants and the town. The owner Panagis is one of the kindest people we have met - from the delicious home cooked food on arrival to all the extra little touches, nothing is too much trouble. We were once again very sad to leave and will be back again in future!

What an amazing property! We were not disappointed. Panagis was such an amazing host and the accommodation was exactly as described, it was clean, comfortable a real home from home. The view will not disappoint at all! Even though the airport is close by, it doesn’t spoil the calm of the villa and it adds a good talking point. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we will be back!!

Wonderful Villa

Wonderful stay at a beautiful villa. Everything you could wish for was provided by Panagis who was an amazing host. The location is ideal, easy commute from the airport and easy to access Argostoli and the local beaches. Will definitely stay again in the future.

An incredible place to stay and exactly as described. Amazing modern facilities and everything had been thought of.The owner was the most amazing host. Non intrusive but very helpful. Provided tips on where to eat and shop. He had made a lovely cooked meal for our arrival so we didn't need to venture out. He gave us bottles of homemade wine which was amazing and in the mornings we'd find fresh fruit that he would have left in the table. Brilliant location and very peaceful but close enough to get to everything. Would definitely be back.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely fabulous property, everything is catered for. Do not let the proximity to the airport put you off the airplanes are not intrusive at all. Panagis is the most wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming and very kindly filled the fridge for our arrival. His homegrown tomatoes are divine and a lovely touch being able to pick them fresh each day. Close to all amenities, we cannot wait to go back!

Lovely stay, and lovely host

We had a great week staying in Panagis’ villa, he was a very kind and generous host. The villa was immaculate, just as good as the photos suggest. It is near the airport, but the flights are so infrequent that they don’t bother you, if anything the kids ran to the balcony every time a plane landed. It looks west so you get fantastic sunsets. All in all, a great week.

Thank you Peter for making our second visit to the Villa Roxanne as memorable as our first. What a great location for a base to explore the island. The Airport being nearby is a bonus and the arrival and departures of the planes didn't affect the peace and quiet of the area. The food that you prepared for our arrival was much appreciated as well as the well stocked fridge, very generous, thank you.

Lovely clean new property with great facilities

The property is very nice and in a great location. Owner lives next door and is discreet and very nice. Fridge provided with basic food, beer, wine on arrival and bowls of fresh fruit. This meant we didn’t need to rush to supermarket. One of the best value for money properties we have stayed in ages. The airport is close but we enjoyed watching the planes land and take off. Great property for a family

Best Greek villa

From the communication through out to the villa itself nothing could be faulted. The villa is even better than the pictures the most equipped villa we have stayed in for Greece. The owner is lovely and had fully stocked the fridge and cooked lunch for us. The location was perfect close to Agostoli and many beautiful beaches. Some fabulous restaurants within 15 minutes to. We have already booked to go back we enjoyed both the villa and Kefalonia and the warm welcome from Panagis the owner and his lovely dogs.

A wonderful stay in Villa Roxani

Our stay in villa Roxani could not have been more perfect. Paganis is the most generous host. The villa has a wonderful view, not least the airport runway, which is actually an asset as it's fun watching the planes take off and land! They're not intrusive at all with only about 6 flights a day and they don't fly past 11 o'clock. Some highlights were Spasmata beach, Fiskardo and a little restaurant called En Kefallinia, but the biggest highlight was Paganis' hospitality we can't wait to go back!

We found a great and excellently equipped house and we were very friendly welcome. We also appreciated the excellent service, cleanliness and hospitality. Amazing Villa

We just left after one of the best weeks of our lives. Panagis was the nicest kindest man and we want to thank him for making the week so perfect and also for his delicious wine. The Villa is perfect and they have thought of everything including lots of cold drinks and food for us on arrival. We really enjoyed the company of his lovely dogs as well. It’s a beautiful Villa. Our favourite beach was Avithos and enjoyed good food at Bit and Bite and Kefalos Taverna. Already planning how we can come to Villa Roxani….. we really didn’t want to leave!

There are certain words the dont really explain how this Villa and hospitality we received on our stay. The Villa was fantastic in every aspect. As for the hospitality we received off Pagnis and his wife was beyond words. The fidge was stocked, a meal was prepared for us on the first night.He made us a beautiful fish dinner through the week, nothing was any trouble to him, his warmth and friendship was unbelievably genuine. All we can say is thank you for a wonderful holiday.

2 weeks summer holiday

Our family had a beautiful holiday, the villa was immaculate and the owner was amazing, so generous and we loved his homemade wine. When we first booked we were a little concerned how close the airport, but after reading the reviews we made the booking. We did not need to worry, with only a few flights each day it wasn't a problem, if anything I loved seeing them come in to land. When we arrived the owner mades us feel so welcome and provided the best welcome food we have ever had, fresh grilled meat, greek salad, bottles of wine, beer, soft drinks, bread, cheese, ham and more, we didn't need to stress about going to the supermarket for a few days. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated. We also loved the views, watching the sun setting over the Mediterranean sea, perfect holiday made wonderful by a beautiful villa and a lovely owner. Where do I start? Check in was at 4:00, but I reached out to see if we could check in early between noon and 12:30. It was no problem. The owner l, Peter, met us when we pulled in. He showed us around and then we walked into the home where a fully cooked meal (enough to feed 8 people) was waiting for us. Peter the owner had spent all morning cooking for us. There was 3 different kinds of meat, a greek salad, tzatziki sauce, homemade pita bread, potatoes and homemade cheese pastry. Additionally the fridge was stocked with the necessities. Peter also made homemade wine and replenished it when empty. The home was spotless and beautiful. The view was breathtaking. The airport is close by and you can see the airplanes take off and land. It did not bother us, as there arent too many flights and its kind of fun to watch the planes takeoff. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Absolutely perfect

This property was amazing, this was a special family holiday, 13 of us stayed in total, 10 in villa Aphrodite and my sister rented villa Roxanne which was recommended by the property manager Paul as it was next door. Both villas were fantastic and had everything we needed and more. Panagis the host was wonderful, he cleaned the pool area every day, and was exceptionally kind and helpful to us, giving us food and access to his veg in the garden next door, anything we needed, was there that afternoon. I cannot recommend this villa enough. It is a little out of it, but despite paying a lot in taxis, it was still cheaper than renting a car as we would need 4 of them due there being so many of us staying, once we found a minibus we were sorted! The villas overlooked the sea, amazing sunsets, breakfast coffee on the balcony, just brilliant. Honestly it was probably up there as one of our best holidays. Missing it already, and would go back in a flash.

Traumurlaub Villa Roxani

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Der Eigentümer Panagis empfing uns herzlich und wir konnten nach einem frühen Flug direkt um 11 Uhr vormittags einchecken, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Villa ist wunderschön, gut durchdacht und eignet sich perfekt für einen Urlaub für 2 Pärchen. Von der Terrasse aus kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Küche und Grill sind voll ausgestattet, es fühlt sich direkt an wie zu Hause. Panagis sorgte durch einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank, Wein, Wasser und Snacks für den besonderen Wohlfühleffekt. Ein Highlight für uns waren die 2 freundlichen Hunde direkt nebenan, welche uns regelmäßig besuchten. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für die Lage durch die Nähe zum Flughafen. Da in Kefalonia jedoch nicht besonders stark frequentierter Flugverkehr herrscht, war es kein Problem und wir fühlten uns dadurch nicht gestört. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub.
