This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will also have access to a parking spot in the basement!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
