Located near the heart of the 8th arrondissement, this studio is close to top attractions like Élysée Palace, Palais Garnier, and Place de la Concorde.

Minimally furnished and decorated, the cosy living room features a double bed, a couple of sitting chairs and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and watching your favourite TV shows. The bed will be fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries needed to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove and a refrigerator. There is a small dining area where you can eat your meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need, such as a shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Residents of the 8th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Palais des Découvertes and the Cernushi Museum, the district is rich in tourist monuments, such as the Arc de Triomphe and the Obelisk of the Place de la Concorde.

The Petit Palais and the Grand Palais will also surprise you with their impressive architecture and exhibitions. Besides that, the district also houses the official residence of the French head of state, the Elysée Palace, and the magnificent Madeleine Church.

For history buffs, come and discover the Chapelle Expiatoire, built on the site where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were buried after being guillotined on the current Place de la Concorde.

As for fashion and luxury lovers, visit the boutiques of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré or the prestigious Avenue des Champs Elysées. For a moment of relaxation, the Parc Monceau is the best place for a stroll.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Miromesnil (line 9, 13), is just a 6-minutes walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Note that the studio is near a restaurant, which might cause some noise sometimes.
