This home is absolutely amazing! Stocked with everything you will need, great location and so nice! Our family loved how close it was to everything including the beach! The canal provided lots of great fishing and the pool area was a great place to relax after time at the beach. Our hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

The house exceeded our expectations with all that it has to offer. The location was ideal to enjoy Bonita and the surrounding areas. The pool was refreshing and insanely clean. This home was everything our family needed! It was my first rental that had cleaning products that were available to care for the home while we lived it. Enjoyed pool, kayaks and bikes and the state park pass was an extra treat!!! Location is ideal for walking to restaurants and neighborhood walks. Thank you for renting to us.

Bonita Springs getaway

We very much enjoyed our visit. The home was lovely and our hosts were very responsive to our needs. We especially enjoyed afternoons by the pool and having an evening cocktail in the tiki hut. One of the nicest rental homes that we have experienced.

Perfect family getaway

Our family of seven adults and one infant traveled from four different states to gather for a warm weather vacation and boy did we pick the right home to do it in! The house is beautifully equipped, immaculate, and makes relaxing easy. Kevin and Angela were always available and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and home!! Family vacation

Great experience all around !! Kevin and Angela are great hosts, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable . The pool and outdoor space were great , launching by the pool or hanging out in the Tiki Hut which is all set up for entertaining with a grill, wine and drink refrigerators and a large island with lots of seating . Our family took bike rides , went fishing with the kayaks, hung out at the pool , went to the beach . It was a great vacation I would highly recommend this vacation home

Great House near the beach!

There is plenty to do at the house, the pool, fishing off the dock, pingpong table, bikes for riding around the area. If you want to venture out it is a quick trip to many beaches and boat rentals! A very "locals" feel beach community! The house was clean and had everything we needed for making dinners at home and eating inside or poolside. We highly recommend for families and friends.

We had a thoroughly wonderful visit. The home has been recently remodeled and is quite comfortable. Great location with easy access to Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, shopping, restaurants, ice cream and more. Easy drive to Estero and Naples. Owner very responsive and wonderful to work with. Could have stayed forever

From booking, checking in to my awe at arrival, this was an experience I will cherish always. The home was immaculate and well stocked with anything you might need for the beach or kitchen. Can't forget to mention how comfortable the beds were. Definitely a home for entertaining, cooking and enjoying. Plenty of room & shade. The Pool was so nice and we loved watching the birds. The location couldn't be beat. We had our puppy and the walking and neighbors could not have been more friendly. Great place. Would definitely stay here again. thank you to our very gracious host & hostess.

We’ve been renting in Bonita/Naples for over a decade and this is the by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The home is spacious and the interior is decorated beautifully. The tiki hut off the pool area is a bonus. We had lovely family dinners inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped, organized, easy to find what you need and we especially loved the little coffee bar area. Our teen boys loved exploring on bikes and daily visits to Royal Scoop. We enjoyed family kayaking right out of the canal and saw many dolphins! Angela and Kevin are the most detail oriented, responsive and gracious hosts. They know the area well and you can tell there has been a lot of love and care put into their home. We will not stay anywhere else for future visits!

Easter Week 2019

Rented the home for the Easter Week 2019. Very good central spot for access to Bonita Springs Beach, Ft. Myers Beach, Naples.... Located in a residential neighborhood so you avoid the crowding of a resort area. Had a few questions on Easter Sunday and Patrick had them all addressed by the next day.

This property was the best we ever stayed in and we have holidayed in this area multiple times, travelling from the UK as a family of four. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with generous essentials and really comfortable beds. The house has plenty of space with different dining areas and indoor and outdoor seating areas. The bikes and kayaks are well maintained and easy to use and the table tennis was added fun. We bought fishing equipment from the shop at the end of the road and caught some fish off the deck too. The location is brilliant, allowing cycle rides for beach sunsets, walks or cycle rides to shops and plenty of good restaurants. Angela and Kevin were perfect hosts, very responsive while allowing us privacy and a home away from home. Thank you. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Fabulous girls get away

Kevin and Angela were fantastic , gracious hosts. The home was beautifully decorated and included lots of little touches that make for a relasing stay. I contacted Angela to ask if there was possibly a bluetooth speaker at the house and within 4 hours, she showed up at the house with a speaker. We truly loved being able to drop the kayaks in the water and head out to paddle amongst the dolphin (3/5 days). We would definitely stay again if headed to Bonita Springs!

Wonderful stay in Bonita Springs

This lovely home met our every need and more. Our group of four adults (and sometimes 6) had plenty of room to relax and enjoy all of the thoughtful touches and amenities. The home is super clean and beautifully decorated with many delightful new features: huge tiki hut overlooking the canal and dock, bikes, kayaks and ping pong - and we took part in all of them. We especially loved the coffee station, all of the outdoor seating options and spaces, and a sunset glass of wine on the dock bench. We couldn’t have asked for more. And any question we had was immediately responded to by the responsive and polite owners. It was a delightful stay in a fun location.

Awesome house

This beautiful house is comfortable, very well equipped, maintained and beautifully decorated. It's plenty of room for a group or family of six. The pool with the mosquito screen is great and very convenient for relaxing. It is located about one mile away of bonita springs beach and four miles from the awesome Barefoot Preserve. You can go either by car or by bicycle to this both highly recommended beaches. Everything, from the booking process to the check in and check out is easy and the communication with the owner is fluent in case you need it. I would be happy to stay again in the future and recommend it for your stay in the gulf.

Great Home & Location

Loved our stay at this home! Traveled with my husband and two children (2 years old and 10 weeks old). There was plenty of space in the home and having a private pool was the icing on top. We even spotted a manatee off the dock which was exciting. The neighborhood is very quiet and is within walking distance to a great ice cream shop. We were also only about a 3 minute drive to barefoot beach and a 10 minute drive to Vanderbilt beach. If our kids were older we most definitely would’ve utilized the complimentary bikes and ping pong table. Communication between Kevin and Angela was very easy as well. Would definitely reccomend staying here.

Oh WOW, Aria... I am thrilled you saw a Manatee! They are such gentle giants and frequent the area, I love sitting above the dock, enjoying a coffee in the morning watching the birds, fish, Iguanas, and manatees. You and your family were wonderful guests, I hope you tried both Sweet Melissa's and Royal Scoop - the 🍦Keylime 🍰 is to die for! Please come back and stay. Kevin & Angela

Great location - lovely house

We have just returned from 10 nights in Bonita Springs and had a wonderful holiday. The best points of this property: - Close to the beach and walking distance to several good restaurants - Lovely private pool (a little cold at times) - Nice deck with beautiful views down the waterway - a manatee provided great entertainment one evening! - Great living area and bedrooms - nicely presented and very comfortable - TV/AC and internet service were all excellent There were a few minor issues: - Entrance area (front and back) are shabby so first impressions not good - Kitchen units quite worn and not very clean - Locks on entrance doors and some sliding doors to the pool very difficult to manage - including lock box for key - Bikes needed servicing - 2 were unusable and no locks for bikes so couldn't take them to the beach - No cushions for sun loungers so very uncomfortable but the hammock and beach chairs were great. Overall, this is great holiday home and we would recommend it to others looking for a quiet stay near the beach and within easy reach of excellent shopping.

Brenda, thank you so much for staying at my house...you are always welcome back...and thank you for your nice review and honest recommendations.. regarding the issues: we will replace all doors sliders and windows with new ones end of April...more upgrades will be done in all areas... cushions will be provided again- i will inform the local manager about kitchen issues- we will make sure that this property keeps the world class service it has provided customers for more than 6 years!
