The house has a large private pool and hot tub combination as well as a dock and huge paved patio to sit outside and enjoy the view and weather. If you are lucky, Dolphins and particularly Manatees can be found swimming in the canal. We are located 15 minutes by car to multiple beaches, 25 minutes to Naples, 5 minutes from Coconut Mall and grocery shopping.
