I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay in Dinard. Regarding the bed sheets, duvet covers, towels and kitchen towels, I understand that this may have come as a surprise. Our apartment is rented on a weekly basis, and guests usually bring their own bed linen and towels. This is clearly stated in the listing, and I also remind guests of this information twice: once immediately after the booking is confirmed and again a few days before arrival, so that everyone has plenty of time to prepare. The absence of Wi-Fi is also clearly mentioned in the listing. I prefer to be completely transparent so that every guest knows exactly what to expect before booking. As for the key handover, I prefer to welcome guests in person whenever possible, as it allows me to introduce the apartment and answer any questions they may have. Unfortunately, installing a key lockbox is not permitted under the condominium regulations. Thank you again for your feedback, and I wish you all the best.

Je suis ravis que vous ayez apprécié le calme de la résidence, la propreté, la luminosité de l'appartement, son équipement ainsi que sa situation idéale, permettant de rejoindre facilement les commerces, la plage et le port à pied. Merci également pour votre appréciation de l'accueil. Concernant la literie, je vous remercie d'avoir partagé votre ressenti. C'est la première fois que je reçois cette remarque, le matelas étant relativement récent. Je vais néanmoins le vérifier afin de m'assurer qu'il offre toujours le niveau de confort attendu.
