Pelican's Landing has three bedrooms, including two king beds and a set of twin bunks. There are two bathrooms, the master is private to the bedroom, and the hall is shared between the guest bedroom & bunkroom.

Laguna Beach is one of the last stretches of Panama City Beach with no developments beachside. It is home to the Carousel Grocery and Liquor Store, Thomas's Donuts, and Back Beach BBQ, which we highly recommend all three. Each of our homes in Laguna Beach is within a 5-minute walk. There is generally plenty of parking along the road and multiple walk-down accesses with no stairs to traverse.

Bicycles and Golf Carts are an amazing way to get around the area. Many vendors in the area send us a message about who we recommend. Check in and park the vehicle for the duration of your stay. Flip Flops are required.

Storm and Hurricane Policy: In the event that there is an impending storm, refunds, and cancellations will not be issued unless the Bay County emergency team issues a mandatory evacuation. Refunds are only issued for the nights on which mandatory evacuations are mandated. **Trip insurance is available from outside vendors but most may have to be purchased within 48 hours of booking**

We are not pet friendly; if caught with a pet, you will be subject to a 500.00 fine and asked to leave the property or kennel the animal for the remainder of the stay. Any service animal stays must be disclosed to the host prior to arrival.

There is a NO Smoking policy in place, meaning not inside or outside the property boundaries of the cottage. Please advise the front porch camera will alert the representing host if rules are broken.
Pelican's Landing is located in the Laguna Beach division of Panama City Beach, with private community access just a three short minute walk from the cottage. Please note this is a residential neighborhood, and as a general common courtesy, we ask no loud outside happenings past 10 pm.

The outdoor shower to the side of the house is the perfect spot for rinsing off what bits of the beach traveled back to the cottage during your visit. We also ask that the furniture not be used with wet bathing suits or towels to avoid potential water stains or discoloring of the covers.

Internet: All guests are welcome to use the high-speed internet. However, please avoid any illegal downloading or streaming on the ISP as they can trace IP addresses and implement legal consequences.

Age Requirement: Reserving guest must be at least 25 years of age

Early Check-In: For guests seeking an early arrival, if available the day of checkin, may pay a fee of 100.00 in advance for check-in no earlier than 1 pm.

Parking: There is side street parking in front of the cottage, enough to accommodate up to 2 large size vehicles such as a Truck or SUV.

No pets are allowed. If you are caught with a pet, you will be asked to leave the house immediately with no refunds and charged an additional pet fee. We invite any guest with service or companion animals, please message us before booking for determination. No emotional support animals or therapy animals are void of our pet policy.
