Your accommodation is entirely dedicated to holidaymakers. Casa Negra is the ideal place for two to spend a wonderful holiday in Provence. This detached, intimate, air-conditioned, optimised and unoverlooked 30 m² house is fully equipped.

A cleaning fee of €65 is payable on arrival in cash or by cheque in euros.
Casa Negra is a contemporary house, fully air-conditioned, bright, intimate and very comfortable. It has a 2.20 m x 4.30 m swimming pool, a 55 m² terrace equipped with a motorised awning, an outdoor lounge, a dining area, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. It is 11 km from the centre of Aix-en-Provence and 16 km from Marseille. It is in a rather quiet residential area in the countryside, surrounded by other villas and gardens. You will need a vehicle to get around. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers, but is not suitable for children. The house is very well equipped and air-conditioned. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a dressing room. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The bed is made up and the house cleaned. The kitchen has a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, a fridge-freezer.
The living room is air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace.
Outside, there is a lovely 55 m² terrace, a barbecue area and a swimming pool for your exclusive use. Outdoor equipment includes : barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, table, chairs, outdoor furniture. There is a parking space inside the property, and fibre optics.

Accommodation is provided for two adults. It is not suitable for children.
