Charming and tastefully decorated, this lovely 70m² apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by an elevator, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The living room features comfortable sofas and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. There's also a private balcony with a beautiful view of the street and St. Anne's Church in the Butte-aux-Cailles.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. There's a table for three people to enjoy your meals.

The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the second has a single bed. Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

With its original urbanism, the neighbourhood is currently expressed in the "Paris rive gauche" project, initiated by the construction of the National Library of France, a symbolic place of the 13th arrondissement. Let yourself be surprised by the Butte-aux-Cailles, the historical district of Paris; look up, and you will discover drawings or messages on the walls of buildings. In the borough, the authorities have approved several wall paintings realized by international artists claiming street art. The Butte-aux-Cailles is a festive place in the evening, ideal for a meal or an aperitif!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
