A perfect place to gather with friends and family! Newly remodeled ranch house with the serenity and seclusion of the country, yet only 10 minutes from Paso Robles. Located in the heart of Paso`s wine country, close to many tasting rooms. The main house and cottage rent together with 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the cottage. A total of 6 bedrooms with king beds, 6 bathrooms sleeps 12. All Bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms except one. Swimming pool that can be heated for a fee.

Rural setting in the middle of a pistachio orchard. Country seclusion yet only 8 miles from Paso Robles.

We stayed at this beautiful home in Paso Robles over the weekend and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless—everything was pristine and so well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the towels were soft and luxurious (such a treat!).The home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and you can tell the owners put thoughtful care into every detail. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Paso.

The Orchard House exceeded our expectations. It’s even better in person, than the pictures. The house sits up on a hill above the orchard and has a fantastic view to enjoy. The house is so roomy with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it easy for everybody to get ready at the same time. The owners were wonderful too making sure the directions were easy as well. Fantastic house to stay at. Highly recommend it.

Unbeatable host and fabulous property

Every bedroom and bathroom were well appointed. There is sufficient table space and comfortable seating for 12. It’s great for inside and outside. We just needed more time to enjoy it all.

Wonderful home for a family vacation!

Our weekend at this magnificent home was incredibly comfortable, accommodating, and relaxing. Everything from the full service kitchen, beautiful backyard patio, and relaxing saltwater pool made our large family getaway one to remember. If you're a fan of peaceful vineyard landscapes and looking to indulge in local wine tasting or other central coast attractions, this is the place for you! Great for large families or friend groups!

Guys weekend

Check in was simple, we were given some leeway with that. The house is as advertised. Plenty of assorted pots, pans, and accessories, even for the”Chef” in the group. The pool was outstanding, as we had many days in the triple digits! Owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this house!

There are 12 of us on this trip. We had a fabulous time. The house was clean, and stocked with everything that we needed. It’s very spacious, and everyone have their own bedroom and own bathroom. Thank you very much. It was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Better than expected

Used this place as a little get away with a group of girls and it was better than expected. The view is amazing as we used it everyday for photo shoots before going out to the wineries and enjoyed the pool and all the games provided. The beds were also so comfortable and felt so clean. Samantha was always available when needed and did everything she could to help make everything go by super smooth. Will definitely try to come back to this property!

A great place to stay in Paso...

The property was great and gave all of us (a party of 10 with 6 rooms needed) plenty of space to enjoy the trip. Sam, the property owner, was great. She responded immediately to any questions we had and gave fantastic recommendations. While the house had an overabundance of signs with the rules of the house everywhere you looked ($50 fee if dishwasher not emptied and all dishes put back upon departure, etc), I suppose that is needed for such a nice property. I would stay there again with pleasure.

Michael, Thank you for your feedback! I am sorry you didn't like the 4" x 3" sign in the kitchen requesting folks tidy it up before they leave. I will say, if every guest was as conscientious, clean and courteous as your group was I wouldn't need it. Unfortunately there are lots of people who don't read the house rules upon booking and need onsite reminders to please leave the kitchen picked up. The only other signs I have are a 1/2 inch by 3 inch label on the game room shelf asking folks to please return the games to their boxes, and a similar label on the outside umbrellas to put them away so the wind doesn't ruin them.

The Orchard house is a fine pick!!

The house was set up so well in all regards.....toys/dishes/bedding/seating ....there was nothing else we needed....the owner thought of it all! We were here for a wedding and it was a perfect retreat in between all the activities and met all our needs as two families with 5 mature children....everyone was comfortable and had their own king and bathroom....that's rare...highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, the pictures don’t even do it justice. Everyone was comfortable with each room having a king bed and it’s own bathroom. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Every area of the house accommodates 12 comfortably. Private with a remote feel; panoramic views of open space and vineyards. A wonderful variety of fun games, and floaties for the pool. Friends get together

Fantastic stay at the Orchard House! Exactly as the pictures show, and if you visit even in April, pay the extra to heat the pool! We had a blast in it and got to 85 degrees after we decided to have them turn on - in record time! House had everything you'd need in the kitchen, and excellent guest house/casita was perfect. Thank you Sam for your swift and timely responses to a few of our questions. Excellent stay, we will be back! Check out Aleksander Winery (Alex with Grand Cru Limo set us up) and tour and tasting was amazing. Thanks again Sam, perfect weekend.

Relaxed vacation at Orchard House

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! It was perfect for our group of 12 adults, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The heated pool was a definite highlight, and we appreciated having a wide variety of board games and TVs to keep everyone entertained during downtime.The early check-in and late checkout options were a huge plus, making our trip even more stress-free. The property manager was incredibly flexible and always available to assist with any questions or needs, which added a personal touch to our stay.The kitchen was well-equipped with culinary supplies, making it easy to prepare meals for our large group. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and convenience.This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-appointed vacation rental. Perfect getaway

We loved this place. It has everything you need for a large party. We were 12 people (4 couples and 4 singles), so we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. We could have our own privacy and still hang out family style because of the huge family room and kitchen, and dining area. We had a great time! Samantha was super communicative even before we got there and gave us all the necessary and pertinent information. The pool and fire pit were a great additional feature. It was such a beautiful pool overlooking the gardens. The property itself is in the middle of an orchard. We will definitely come back here!

Great big house with good views

This house was exactly as it was described. It was large, clean and well furnished. The larger house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a very large living room, kitchen and dining room. The smaller cottage had 2 smaller bedrooms each with an attached bath. The furniture and decor were very good. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very quiet. The views are excellent and the property is very private. The kitchen was well equipped. It is just 2 miles off the 101 and 8 miles north of Paso robles. There are many wineries within a short drive. There is not much to do in San Miguel as it is a small farming town. The out door space is also quite big with lots of seating and a very large fire pit, which we made use of every evening. We didn't use the pool as it was winter, but it would be very useful in summer.

Amazing house and great location!

The pictures do not do this house justice! We stayed at the house for a long couple’s weekend. The home is decorated beautifully inside and out. The host has thought of everything you will need for your stay. The beds are very comfortable (all the rooms have a king bed which is a bonus) and each room has a bathroom except one. There are USB outlets in each room for charging your devices. The kitchen is well equipped, with a spacious layout that is great for cooking and entertaining. There are fun board games in one of the two large living areas of the main house, TV's in every room and pool towels were supplied. The views of the surrounding baby orchard are very pretty and watching the sunset while floating in the pool was the best! In the evening we sat outside by the gas firepit which was the perfect way to close out the day. It was such a nice break to be in this rural setting and it was exactly the R & R we were all looking for. The town of Paso Robles is approx. a 10-minute drive away and offers a large variety of restaurants for dining. We tasted wine at several wineries that were near to the house. I can't say enough good things about this place, we will be back!

Fantastic Girls Trip

We booked this place in late June for a girls wine tasting trip. This place was fabulous. Newly remodeled, very clean and had everything you could ever need - down to bluetooth speaker. We arrived and could not figure out how to get the warrior game on live TV. The owner, Sam, actually drove over to help us out. She was very friendly and helpful- after she got the TV working we asked her a bunch of questions about the town and she was happy to answer. If you are looking for an out of the way stay, this place is perfect. It's away from everything, distant neighbors, super peaceful. I was a little wary of being able to see highway 101 in the distance but you don't even realize its there. The pool was great- we spent a lot of time in there because it ended up being a very hot weekend. There is ample room for lots of people to spread out and hang. Big tables both inside and out, for everyone to sit together. The rooms each had a theme which was cool. Everyone had their own bathroom except for one. There is an inlay unit which would be perfect if you were bringing older kids to stay in. We came for wine tasting and started out at the fancy ones in Paso but we found a lot of little family owned wineries super close to this place. The only thing that I will say is the town of San Miguel does not have much to do, I think there is only 2 restaurants so if you're looking to go out and have nightlife, you will have to go into Paso Robles.

I am so happy you all enjoyed the house! I really enjoyed meeting all of you ladies!! Yes, I will agree, there isn't much in San Miguel! Luckily Paso is only a 10 minute drive from the house! The house is amazing!! Lots of space and everyone in our group had their own room and bathroom. Check in and out was a breeze and the owner was so easy to contact. We have ZERO bad things to say!

Beautiful Property!

This house was absolutely amazing. Super comfortable for our group of nine ladies, with each bedroom having a king bed and five out of six rooms with en suite bathrooms. The pool/outside patio area is made for relaxation. The house is very well stocked, and the host is amazingly helpful and responsive. Can't wait to come back! Thank you Sam!

We recently acquired this ranch and could not pass it up! It has newly planted pistachio trees completely surrounding the home. It is already gorgeous but will continue to grow more beautiful as the trees grow.

We loved tearing this house open and remodeling it with our personal touches. It still has the charm of a 1960s home but brought into the current day and age. Enjoy the heated pool in the colder months and the breath of new life that we brought into the property.
