- Pin Ball machines are not in working order and not for guest use.
- The pool is a saltwater pool and is heated from May through September at no additional cost.

- This home accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests. Up to 4 additional daytime visitors are permitted, for a maximum of 14 people at the property during the day. Daytime visitors may not stay overnight.
