If you haven't slipped into vacation mode already, the private balcony will be just the ticket with uninterrupted views of the Pacific and plenty of seating for everyone to chill out with a favorite drink in hand. For a bit of fun near home base, be sure to slip into your favorite bathing suit and tan by the pool as the kiddos play Marco polo nearby or rent some snorkel gear and explore the reef right below. Not to mention, shared grills are available for more casual cookouts as the sun goes down. Don't worry about sandy swimsuits and towels, as this getaway also boasts a private washer and dryer!

BEWARE BED BUGS! Found bed bugs in the smaller bedroom bed, my wife was bitten multiple times, we have photographs. Reported to the VACASA host, but was told there was nothing they could do. The unit was beyond dated, the carpets and furniture upholstery were filthy. There were other bugs as well - cockroaches, ants, etc. We took great care to never leave any food or crumbs out, we washed all dishes immediately. There is a serious insect infestation at this unit.

We love this area. Got to watch the whales, turtles, and surfers from our lanai. Gorgeous sunsets, and very close to a nice beach.

Great place to stay

This property was amazing! It was very clean, functional and quiet. It was the perfect place to end our trip in Maui. The views from the balcony were amazing to watch the sunset over the ocean and it was just the perfect and relaxing property. It has a great cove to snorkel in too! My husband stated that he would like to end every Maui trip at this property!

Shabby place but good location

This place is in serious need of refreshing. Kitchen cabinet doors falling off, screens falling off, one bedroom smelled distinctly of cat urine. Carpeting needs removing. No amenities other than beach towels. Good location for snorkeling.

Beautiful BUT Bedbugs!

First time writing a review. Beautiful location. So excited to stay here with my family. We saved our money for this vacation only to have irritation from bed bug bites, a lack of places to sit in the living area, and a washer that flooded and never got repaired. We asked to be relocated but their solution was 1 air mattress to sleep in the living room until the exterminator could become the next day...that did not happen. We paid ahead of time to secure the unit, do not do this you will not get your needs taken care of after they have your money. Vacasa gave us every indication that we could stay and they would take care of the issues but that was not the case. Would not recommend this unit or Vacasa.

Great location for snorkeling and accessing the bay. Need to work on pest controls

Great location for accessing snorkeling and swimming in the Honokeana Bay and Napili Bay. Easy access for everything. Location is awesome. Grocery store is near by. Need to improve on the cleaning and pest control, upon arriving, caught 3 cockroches. one of toilet was not flushed. Both toilets had poop spots. Some area of bed rooms were not vacuumed well. Need to do serious pest controls for cockroaches. Every night 2-3 roaches showed up. Heard about the cockroach problem in Hawaii yet actually dealing with them was not fun every night. I was emptying the garbage twice a day during the trip to prevent the infesting but no help. The Vacasa was not very helpful at all for cleaning or pest controls. The sofabed/sofa was pretty dirty. The only two things I remembered for this trip were snorkeling with turtles at the bay everyday and catching cockroches every day.
