This lovely 4 bedroom-2 bath home features an open living space, lush landscape and island-inspired decor. A perfect place for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family, and the location is outstanding. We are just past Alii drive, in the Magic Sands subdivision. For a dip in the ocean, the infamous Magic Sands beach is a short walk away, or bike down to Kahalu'u Beach park for some stellar snorkeling. Make this vacation special!

Contemporary style meets island flare, our space is designed with your comfort and ease in mind. We pride ourselves in having a tidy and inviting home, with guests' needs as our priority. Features include a beautifully landscaped yard, an outdoor BBQ area and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Enjoy the wide array of beach toys, coolers, snorkel equipment and straps for hauling the gear.

We have a couple cruiser bikes for your use, as well as an assortment of beach equipment. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, foam surfboards, stand up paddle boards and coolers are all available.

You have access to the whole property! Relax in the yard, rinse in the outdoor shower, watch the sunset on the patio, and most importantly, make yourselves comfortable! There is a BBQ and plenty of amenities for use at your leisure.

Also, please note that we are not collecting additional fees outside of the nightly rate. We understand that vacations can be costly and we don't want you to have to worry about hidden fees. Peaceful and well supplied

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for us! (Four adults and three older girls.) The house was stocked with everything we needed - bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, even a couple sets of snorkel gear and a pair of body boards! The beds are genuinely queen sized. The house has A/C units in each of the bedrooms and we slept comfortably. The main living space has no A/C so I don’t know how it stayed cool but it did. The large dining table is on the lanai and we were able to eat every meal comfortably outside, even when a surprise rain shower popped up. There are lots of joggers up and down Ali’i Drive in the morning, and the car traffic knows to watch out for the pedestrians. La’aloa Avenue also provides a giant slope for hill repeats if you’re looking for that. You do need a car for the Big Island, and for this property as well, but the grocery store, etc, at Keauhou Shopping Center is very close and convenient. My friend’s daughter says the boba at Da Shaved Ice Place there is the best she’s had!

BEAUTIFUL House and property!

Everything was very clean and the view from the house is gorgeous. The lanai is dreamy and all of the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family & I rented this home in Magic Sands while on a trip to Hawaii to visit my brother and we had the most wonderful time! The home was beautiful, clean & spacious. It offered everything we needed for the beach, cooking & living for 10 days. The beds were also extremely comfortable and that is feedback from the whole family! The view from the home was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet but also kid friendly. We were a quick walk to a local beach and about 10 minute drive into town. Would love to stay here again and highlighy recommend this property!
