Set 30m from the main house, the cottage offers another fully independant house for another 2 or 3 guests.
Set on two levels the house comprises at terrace level a light and bright lounge with:
- a fully fitted kitchen and dining area
- a sitting area with two comfortable armchairs and a coffree table.
Its two large french windows open onto the terrace in a L shape, equipped with table and chairs ideal for relaxing outside.

From the entrance, stairs goes down to the lower level which stays very cool at summer time.
- The 30m² bedroom offers a new super king bed (which can be split into 2 single beds), 2 bedside tables and lamps, a chest with drawers and 2 chairs.

- The property enjoys multiples terraced areas and outdoor furnitures, for you to enjoying dining outside whilst looking at the fantastic view over the medieval village and XII centure Abbaye of St Cyprien.
- The huge 14mx7m pool is set down the main house's terrace. It enjoys sun from the morning till late afternoon. The pool is not to be shared with anyone.
- You can park your car just next to the two houses. There is also a carport for one car.
