Take advantage of this 160m2 apartment ideally located in the heart of the Marais, on the 2nd floor with elevator! This air-conditioned and completely renovated luxury property can accommodate up to eight travelers.
The apartment has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, arranged as follows:
• 1st bedroom: with Queen size bed (160 × 200), ceiling fan and storage space.
• 2nd bedroom: with Queen size bed (160 × 200), ceiling fan and storage space.
• 3rd bedroom: with Queen size bed (160 × 200), ceiling fan, Smart TV, storage space and dressing room. It also has an adjoining bathroom (bathtub and toilet).
• 4th bedroom: with two single beds, ceiling fan and storage space.

• Three bathrooms: one of which is located in the hallway (with toilet, washer-dryer, bathtub), the other two are adjoining. Each bathroom includes hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
