There are many delicious restaurants and bars, like Pathé Masséna, Le Safari, Chez Acchiardo, Les Amoureux, La Petite Maison, La Rotonde Nice, and La P'tite Cocotte. For a quick bite, there is also Sushi Shop.

This area offers plenty of convenience for those looking for convenient transportation options, with the Nice-Ville, Chemin de Fer de Provence, and Gambetta stations all within a 10 to 14-minute walking distance. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
