HI Reggie! Thanks! Glad you had a great time with your family! I think you meant "other than NOT being handicap accessible," and you are right, most homes on the beach, and especially duplex type homes due to how they are constructed side by side, are not particularly ADA (and aren't advertised as such) as they will always have the main living area one floor up (by code--everything is on "stilts" due to hurricanes etc) and the duplex type units usually have one straight shot of stairs up each level. That said, I DO have some bigger places with elevators.... and a few smaller ones that are all on one level (so only one flight to navigate then everyone is together). Those are all on the beach side so a bit more $$ but might be a good fit. Thanks again, and feel free to direct message me anytime if you have suggestions, or want to set up a return. Hi Kevin! Thank you so much for spending the New Years Holiday in our home! I am glad everyone had a great time! Yes... everything on the beach is a flight up, and then one of more levels beyond that. If folks have some stair difficulties, I do have a couple homes with elevators (really big, and beachfront, so a bit more) AND a few that are all on one level, so while those have a flight of stairs (with landings in the middle in most cases), once in, you are all together! Just an option, but Night Heron is so nice... and a great value too... that it can be hard to beat! Thanks again! Reach out when ready to explore the return! Rick

Thanks Brittney. Glad you all had an awesome time. On the water, I understand that apparently someone in the group accidentally turned off the main water supply outside. Its somewhat near a faucet, and glad they explained that one. Again, glad you had a fantastic time! Reach out when ready to lock in the return to the Gulf!

That's a huge crew, and great diversity! I am so glad everyone had a wonderful time, and I was happy to assist. Those wil littles should definitely plan to bring their own kid tested and mother approved gates. We do not, and management companies will not, provide them for liability reasons, and any you may find would be donations from prior guests so your mileage may definitely vary with those! At any beach home, because of the steps, I would recommend you bring, rent, or buy one on arrival that you are comfy with. Thanks again! Glad you all had a wonderful time in our home.
