The Bonus Room adds 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunkbeds (twin over twin) and 2 full bathrooms. THE PRICE GIVEN IN THE INSTANT QUOTE IS BASED ON THE 6BR/5BA. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BONUS ROOM. The Bonus Room will be quoted upon request or more than 20 guests.

This property backs up to 3 other of our properties. The back yard privacy fence has a corridor to access to the other properties. This would be perfect for large groups that would require more space than what this house provides. Between the 4 houses would accommodate up to 93 guest. This booking is for 6 bedrooms with 5.5 baths. You can add the Bonus Room for an additional fee. The Bonus Room adds sleeping for 6 guest and two full baths. Inquire before booking to add the Bonus Room.
