Nestled on the ground floor, this condo boasts stunning views from the living room and patio, allowing you to walk directly to the beach in under 30 steps. Experience the convenience and beauty of beachfront living with the added luxury of modern comforts.
The interior of the unit has been entirely upgraded to enhance your stay. Each room, including the master bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring entertainment is always at your fingertips. The living room features a 75'' Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights after a day in the sun.
In addition to these upgrades, the condo offers a light, bright, and sunny ambiance, ensuring a private and quiet retreat. The living room also includes a double sized pull-out couch for extra sleeping space.
For your convenience, the unit is fully stocked with a kitchen, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, a cooler, a beach cart, and an umbrella are provided. Upon request, a Pack n' play and an attachable baby chair are available. Fransi and Paul, our dedicated property managers, are on hand 24/7 to assist you.
The unit comes with a designated free parking space right outside your front door, eliminating the hassle of carrying suitcases or groceries over long distances. Simply walk in the front door and out the back door onto the beach.
The complex itself offers a large pool adjacent to the beach, along with a tennis court and BBQ facilities. Its unbeatable location ensures minimal traffic and proximity to local shops, restaurants, and other amenities, accessible by driving, cycling, or walking.
RULES for DOGS: Summary of Proposed Update – Section 10.2 Pets
• Guests and renters may have one pet, up to 25 pounds.
• Pets must be leashed in common areas, and owners must clean up after them.
• No pets are allowed in the courtyard or pool areas.
• Beach access for dogs is limited to the far east and west ends of the property (Buildings 1 and 5).
• Nuisance behavior, such as excessive barking or aggression, is prohibited; the Board may enforce rules
or require removal.
• A nightly fee applies for the dog included in your booking. For those wishing to bring a dog, an additional fee of $50/night is required. Please inform us in advance to include this in your reservation.
All rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel for any reason up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 100% full refund. While renovations are underway in other parts of Loggerhead Cay and on Sanibel Island, you will still have full access to the pool and beach, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and uninterrupted.
