Elevator in the building.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when you hand over the keys at the agency (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
