Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful stay and the location of the house was perfect for us! So close to the grocery store, great restaurants and beach! The house offered beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and life jackets which was so nice! The fire pit and outdoor shower was a plus as well! We will be back!

Great experience

The amenities provided in the house were top-notch. The proximity to the beach, the tranquil neighborhood, an the beauty of the house itself all combine to create a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway by the beach.

Central and Spacious

We loved our Labor Day Weekend stay. The house was close to all the best Bethany beaches (Boardwalk, River, And Bay) and restaurants. We even took a quick Uber ride to Dewey one evening. The house had plenty of room for the three families to enjoy their separate space and come together for boardgames and dinner. The bonus outdoor shower made beach cleanup a breeze. We'll be back!

Loved this home !

My family and I loved staying at this home in Bethany beach. We will be planning our next years vacation at this home. The home is more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures. The home was very close to everything , stores, the beach and just everything so it made it very easy for us. I loved that the house provided small things for children. Little plastic cups, a booster seat for my toddler to sit at the dining room table it the family. It’s like they thought of everything my family might need and provided it. There were so many beach chairs and beach toys for us to use. There were bikes which we loved having access to. The only thing I can say is the items in the garage like the bikes, boys and chair were a little dirty just from sitting in the garage for a while but other than that everything was very clean. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely home!

Beautiful home, with great space.

Comfort, location, fun,,,

Ok. The question is how do I find out the make of the mattresses? My life experience is that most mattresses, when you travel, are less then enjoyable. Well five nights spent sleeping on the mattresses at 402 Salt Pond was great. To the point my wife has asked if we can figure out the manufacture so we can buy them for our home. If anyone can help with this quest it would be greatly appropriated. Ok and to review the rest - loved the kitchen. It was easy to have 3 people working on meals at the same time! The rest of the house was in good repair and very comfortable. A good time was had by all!!!

House was great-new, well equipped, great screened porch, nice bedrooms/bathrooms, nice living space

Entry code on timer so couldn’t access earlier than 4 even though cleaned. Based on description, thought there’d be a place to launch kayaks but there isn’t. Enjoyed home but wish could have paid for access to Salt Pond community amenities

Nice home, no access to nearby private beach, and public beach requires car and parking difficult. Location backs on to busy main thoroughfare, salt pond road is dead end, no good access to biking or walking. Lots of chairs and good tables, common areas. Washing machine and dryer very inefficient.

Beautiful home

This house was immaculate! It was modern, spacious, and very clean. The house was stocked with everything you could need while on vacation. Located close to water as well as plenty of local trails that we could take advantage of. Very private but yet convenient location to all that Bethany Beach has to offer. We will definitely be returning on future trips to Bethany!

Got the rest we needed

Every year for the past 20 some odd years, my friends and I have taken a mini vacation to the beach. This year, we had to book our rental through Vacasa because our other company was gobbled up. I must say it is not a very personal and inviting experience. I was used to the old way of doing business with people available to talk to and some one available in person. The Salt Pond house was comfortable, but not warm and inviting like most of the houses we have stayed in. Lighting was poor. The dining room chairs were very delicate (weak). I am sure the lighting is much better during the sunny summer days because the house has some beautiful windows and porches. The house has plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. I wish Vacasa had more houses available for rent during the time we visit the beach that are in the larger communities with sidewalks, streets, and walkways to enjoy. We will return next year because we do get the much needed rest that we need from our busy work and personal lives.

Great Beach House

Me and my family spent a wonderful weekend at this beach house. It's very well maintained, clean, tastefully furnished, has all the home appliances in great condition, and gets plenty of light, . It's just about 10 miles from Rehoboth beach. I strongly recommend! -Kaushik

Wonderful house and great location
