Free WiFi, Multiple private parking spaces, Outdoor showers, 5 decks with a Gas grill, outdoors tables and chairs.

Holiday Weekend Reunion

This property was great for our Memorial Day gathering. The communication and responsiveness of the owner was very nice. The property was in a great location and nice neighborhood. We would likely stay here again in the future.

Place was great for 12 people. On the other hand, one of the plank steps to the deck fell off when stepped on (luckily no one got hurt), the dishwasher leaked, the Internet only worked on one side of the property, the lock on one of the glass slider doors outside did not lock, the sink upstairs was stopped up, and don't dare to reach under the couch for anything--no one has cleaned under there for a looooong time.

Great spot for a beach family reunion!

This property was very clean and spacious. Nancy is a prompt and responsive host. We had a very large group for a beach family reunion. There’s a trolley that goes through the neighborhood every 30 minutes or so that will take you to the boardwalk for free. The boardwalk is about a mile away. The neighborhood was very quiet and walking distance to a handful of shops and businesses. Nancy had almost everything we needed. We couldn’t find any oven mits, but we just used folded kitchen towels. Excellent stay overall! Definitely would stay again!

Birthday Celebration

Our three daughters and their families, a total of 13 people, gathered to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday. Members of our family have come to Bethany since 1953. We were all comfortable in the two units and the location with the shuttle stopping at the end of the driveway was perfect. Access to the beach, stores, and restaurants was easy. On the one minor occasion when we had a question Nancy was easy to contact and she responded immediately. Everyone had a wonderful time.

As a family of 20 the duplex worked out ok as we had great weather and ate almost all our meals outside. They have 2 nice picnic tables. Being on the trolley line was a real plus with a large group with young children, as families could come and go to beach as needed! They had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. Also right next to bike/walking trail and 6-tenths of a mile walk to the boardwalk. Nice paved driveway that our young children loved playing on and large enough for 5 vehicles. Nancy was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again! Only advice is to bring wash clothes and hand towels as not provided, but bath towels were. Limited large pots and pans for cooking for a large group, luckily we had brought our own steamer pot and large spaghetti pot. We also brought our own blackstone, but there is a grill however we did not use it. Both units also have outside showers which were nice for removing all the sand! We had a wonderful week!

Disappointment

When we pulled into the driveway at our destination we were shocked & disappointed to see that our family’s vacation rental was actually 2 separate houses—a duplex—with no connecting or shared space. This was not advertised as such so it made eating together & interacting very difficult. There was sand in some of the beds & dirt on some of the floors. The misrepresentation was the most concerning issue after paying a lot of money for our annual family beach getaway.
